Beds are horrible. No shampoo or conditioner, soap only. People living in hotel so upper floors you could hear stomping around at 1:00 in the morning. Miserable experience. Never again will we stay in a hotel like this. Only positive, front staff was extremely friendly.

floors in rooms at this chain are not carpeted and you can here footsteps walking or kids running & jumping. This time at 2;30 AM a stroller (with a bad wheel) was being pushed around in circles. Probably had a child that woke up &^ that is how they needed to put back to sleep, If carpeted would not have heard or probably not loud enough to disturb people beneath.

The most unprofessional, and most rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. So much so that I packed my bags within 20 minutes and left. They thought it was funny. It was obsurd and they all looked childish and only made themselves look bad.

A backed up sink in the bathroom & an uncomfortable bed!
Plus I could hear, pretty easily the couple next to me lol at 2:30AM which wasn’t great to be woken up by!

Did not sleep well…heard lots of nose from hallway in middle of night. Front desk customer service was never at the desk when we needed something or to checkout

My girlfriend and I checked out shortly after checking in. We did not stay the night. The lobby looked like a prison waiting area. The entrance to the elevator was locked and required permission from the from desk person. The front desk clerk was new and not very knowledgeable. There were numerous men in the backside parking lot drinking beer in their cars and visible from our room window. The kind of people that were staying at this hotel were questionable and the place just had an unsafe vibe overall. Also very noisy hallways with kids running back and forth. This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time, would not recommend.

The staff is EXCELLENT! The facility could use a make over. No pool, free breakfast is a grab bag.... cleanliness could be improved!
