I regret to inform you that during my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced multiple issues which compromised the quality of my experience. Despite the hotel's claim of offering breakfast, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast machine was out of order for the first two days of my stay. Additionally, the sink in my bathroom was visibly cracked, the TV and air conditioning unit were non-functional, and on the day of my departure, I encountered an unpleasant situation while attempting to avail myself of the offered breakfast.
To my dismay, the breakfast options provided included oatmeal without any available bowls, as well as expired yogurts and other food items. It is crucial to emphasize that such unsanitary practices not only pose health risks but also infringe upon the safety of guests.
I am hopeful that these concerns will be addressed promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar inconveniences. It is imperative that the hotel takes immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that its advertised amenities are indeed operational and safe for the guests' use.
