Booking said river view. Didn’t get a river or pool view, but street. Was told they were all taken and not given any money back, told trip got it wrong. Ants crawling up the wall into bathroom. Location great.

The location is excellent, staff good, unit was OK, But no lifts and units a bit scattered.
Biggest problem was with car parking, lack there of.
It may prevent me from booking again as I would always come by car and I noted that the Manager made sure he has a car park spot, but what about paying guests??

Hotel in in perfect location in Noosa, few minutes to best restaurants We stayed in studio and it was big enough for king bed, spotless ensuite and kitchen Balcony with table and chairs to relax Pool clean and off the street so perfect privacy, heated as well, with shower and bathroom next to it - brand new, BBQ facility and big table to enjoy meal with family and friends Tony and Linda are lovely people, always happy to give advice and lend a hand if you needed

Great location, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. We stayed in a River side suite. Friendly accommodating mangers. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Lovely pool area. 3rd floor for us was fine, but if older or young children, level 1 and 2 more suitable due to stairs.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Balcony over looking the river. Bathroom on small side but adequate for a couple. Kitchen well equiped, kettle, microwave cutlery etc. close to beach. Dining out or walks to national park. Staff at reception super friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our short time at Laguna unfortunately our time had to be cut short Tony went over and above to help us out as we had booked through Bookings.com We really appreciated everything he did for us. Great location and apartment we will be back soon

We had 6 nights here on a break before we started touring New Zealand. Location is great, just at the end of Hastings Street. Staff were very helpful. The Suite/apartment we had was excellent, 2 balcony’s one overlooking the pool and the other the river. Very clean big bedroom with separate bathroom. Lounge area with open plan kitchen was large with good furnishings. Pool was a good size with no problems getting comfy loungers. A very easy 5 stars, recommend wholeheartedly, as was great value too!

Fantastic stay at a lovely hotel. We stayed for three nights over a weekend in Feb with our 2 teenage daughters. The room set up with a studio and suite attached was absolutely brilliant. The girls had their own space with bathroom and kitchenette and we had ours. Balconies on both sides of the apartment gave us a great view of the river and a look over the pool area. The rooms were extremely comfortable and super clean. Nicely fitted out with beautiful towels and linen. Staff were very welcoming and approachable. Parking was easy. What more is there to say. A great hotel with an unbeatable location and great staff. Park the car and walk everywhere with nothing to worry about. We highly recommend Laguna.
