I’m going to preface this review by saying that the apartments are individually owned and decorated. No one apartment is the same. Some a newer and more updated than others We spent a few nights at Fairshore over the Australia Day long weekend and we had the best time. That view! And the location! It doesn’t get any better. We normally stay at the Sofitel when staying in Hastings street but this was perfection. The kids loved being able to run onto the beach in their pjs when the sun came up and run back to our apartment. We stayed in apartment 24 on the second level. The apartment was nice and although not fancy it was exactly what we needed with 2 young kids. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a good size with comfortable beds and furnishings. With a full kitchen you have the ability to prepare all your meals in your room however we opted to eat out as we weren’t there that long. The little laundry area for longer stays was a good idea if you needed it. The only downsides were having to clean up all dishes, rubbish, etc before you left and as other people mentioned the price is a little high at $900 a night however I’ve seen the prices much higher which is why I jumped at the chance to stay here and try it out. We’ll definitely be back

We had a beautiful week at Fairshore apartment 22 in December 2023. Perfect location right on Hastings St, amazing view from the balcony for sunset drinks and dinner. The pool had some teenagers and families with toddlers (including our own) but no one very noisy and all respectful of other guests. Apartment 22 interiors have a fresh modern, coastal vibe. Master bed is extremely comfortable. We will be back!

This property has a great position the nighty rate should be $200 for the apartment and $650 for the view and position. The lift did not work for the 7 days we visited. many of the lights in the apartment - bulbs needed replacement. The bathroom sink was crazed, the toilet had issues - overall very poor presentation for an $850 per night apartment. The fount of house staff tried hard but are not supported by management or owners. Would suggest you avoid booking this property until

Great location, was a beautiful family friendly resort. A couple of things that need to addressed. The spot lights out side (hasting street side) are so bright, the main bedroom looks like Luna park made it so hard to sleep. Apparently they are on timer until 4am… surly something could be done about that. The washing machine looks like it has not been cleaned EVER. Mould is growing at a rapid rate, and I’m an extremely clean person. I’m not sure what you are paying house keeping for. I have actually never seen beds made the way they were. My 2 year old could do a better job, so I ended up making them and cleaning the apartment for the duration of the stay, all they did was drop towels off. If these things were fixed it would be the best place in Noosa to stay.

We have stayed at Fairshore for five years. This year the accommodation was a real let down. The cost has increased over that time (same holiday period) from $2500 - >$8500 for one week, meanwhile the quality of accommodation has declined at a similar rate. This year we were allocated apartment 20 - it came with its original fit out - it’s not tired, it’s absolutely exhausted. The dishwasher, washing machine and safe were all broken. Dishes came out of the dishwasher filthy (even when rinsed before going in), the washing machine sounded like it was full of cutlery and shook violently. It doesn’t fit the space properly so is jammed in on its side. The kitchen was very poorly equipped - no cutting board (& none provided when requested). The lounger on the balcony was broken - a slat was lying on the floor. The clothes horse was so cheap and nasty, the owner would have needed to try hard to find something so bad. It fell apart at the slightest bump or gust of wind. The apartment is classified ‘standard’. As is it’s next door neighbour, number 21 (where we stayed last year). That apartment had a new kitchen and bathroom & was vastly superior to this years allocation. N.b. You are unable to request specific apartments - it’s the luck of the draw (& at the discretion of a very arrogant management team). The Fairshore clearly needs a new category for their original apartments - ‘sub standard’ would be a better descriptor. At $1200+ a night, this place needs to pick up its game.

$1,000 + a night you must be kidding. I am currently staying at unit 40 of Fairshore serviced apartments , on the beach and on Hasting St. For $1,300 a night you get to carry your bags up 28 steps. OK that was in the brochure. Pool has no facilities so its a hike back up to the rooms if you need to go. Gym forget it . Minimal equipment that I doubt anyone uses .Its there so they can say they have a gym. What I am really upset about though is that on arrival just as the reception desk was closing , we hiked up stairs and found that the carpet in the master bedroom was wet. Cleaners must have known about this. We thought it was because the previous guest had stained the carpet and it had just been clean so we threw a towel over the damp spot. Next day after we returned from being out and about the carpet was really really wet so we informed Accom Noosa the property managers. They brought in . 1) Representative from the body corporate . 2) Cleaners to dry out the carpet 3) Plumbers to fix the leaking air conditioner from the second room that wasn't even on. Not sure how that works. So people in and out of the room most of the day. Not what you want is it. Then they they didn't bother to remove the air blower ostensibly drying the carpet that is still wet and stinks . Probably moldy. They didn't even bother to service our room. What are we paying all this money for ? One star service . Probably less. Oh and by the way if you want more than the allocated 2 towels per person per head that's an extra $2 a towel. That policy might be Ok for a $50 a night dive but at $1,000 + a night . You must be kidding. I am waiting to see if they charge for the towels I used to soak up the sodding mess. Oh they have offered a $30 discount which is what they pay their cleaners to service their wet, stinky moldy rooms. Generous to say the least. $1300 a night. Save your money .

We are staying in Noosa for 10 days and could only get accomodation at the Fairview for 3 nights......thank goodness!! The location is fantastic, could not fault it but the rest is pretty dire. I understand that many of the issues I'm about to raise have been mentioned in previous reviews. If you have very young children you'll fit in well. The pool is monopolised by parents, toddlers and babies all day long. If you enjoy lying by the pool listening to tantrums and endless rounds of Marco Polo then this is your place. I know that this was mentioned in previous reviews but as we were outside school holidays we thought it may be better. Sadly not. I don't know if they used a vacuum cleaner in the bedroom before we arrived, it was pretty gross. The stairwells are disgusting and haven't been cleaned in months. It rained for much of our stay so we were in the unit alot and perhaps this made the negative things more noticeable. There is no lift beyond level 1 so difficult if you have small children or mobility issues. When it's hot you really want a swim after unloading the car. This could be a major issue for some. At check out you are asked to remove all rubbish but there is no recycling ...... come on guys, really!! We are all wanting to do our bit and this needs addressing. The dishwasher didn't work and the washing machine does not fit into the space so it's turned sideways and difficult to operate or see the buttons. The fridge is rusting and needs replacing. We really felt that for $850 AUD a night that the standard is pretty poor. We love Noosa and the beach but will choose to stay elsewhere next visit. We are now moving to anther property for the remainder of our current stay and hope the standard is much higher.

Amazing view - but room is so over rated. This is so old and outdated and falsely advertised by Niche Luxury Accomodation. It was dirty, could not move in the bathroom and the bedding would have been 10 years old. We paid for 5 nights and left after 1 - do not book this room if you are after nice accommodation.

Fairshore staff have been so flexible with our family. We booked 3 rooms and they were all ground floor which was great for the kids pool snd beach . When we were taken Ill and needed to extend our stay they accommodated this and made it easy for us to move. Kelsey in particular was amazing. We had booked and planned this trip 3 years earlier but due to circumstances had to keep deferring, Fairshore helped us manage this and we still had school holidays. Basically we will be back the units are really clean and in great location but the staff are exceptional.
