The hotel is quite old, but well maintained and extremely clean, the water was hot and strong, the swimming pools was in a ok condition, missing some of the tile though, the breakfast was good, also have a hotel cat to accompany you too!

Excellent service, the staff was really helpful. The electric went off at 3am, called the lobby, switched to sleep in another room right away. They were very polite 💚

+ Accommodation is not difficult to find, stay in a pool access room, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the service staff speaks well, the overall atmosphere is good. Can park many cars Near the accommodation there are many restaurants along the Mekong River. - What would like to be improved is the swimming pool. It's still not that clean. And there are some loose tiles along the edges. If you're not careful, it could be dangerous.

The rooms are spacious but look old. The receptionist provides good service.

Just not enjoyable, don’t want to get in trouble due to Thai laws, so will just say - Don’t try it unless you don’t really care what type of hotel conditions are acceptable. If they paid me to stay, I’d decline the offer without any second guess needed

Maybe it was the ants everywhere, or nasty smell from the bathroom or uncleaned towels! Gave us the wrong room, with no working safe, said our room booked not available. When complained, shows us our room, but it was just plan nasty. Forced to stay 1 night as it was too late to find another hotel. A/C either froze you or didn’t work. Just glad I didn’t see all the ants everywhere until the morning -or- touch one of the towels. Don’t use the pool unless you have a pair of hard shoes on, loose screws and missing tiles with sharp edges everywhere.

Difined by the two NOs,this hotel is ok,staff are ok,grounds and rooms good,but I have been to at least twenty hotels this year alone,first hotel with a COMPLETE smoking ban anywhere in the whole place,but what surprised me more and was more bizarre was NO sunbeds at all,lovely pool (with several tiles missing) but if you want to sunbathe forget this hotel,in fact I asked and was given two towels to lay on the fake grass at the side of the pool,so if you smoke or like to sunbathe at all this is definitely not for you 👍👍👍👍

We spent one night in a corner room (107) the room was fairly large with direct access to the pool. We are a family of two adults and three children and asked for an extra bed to be put in the room, on arrival we found a 2-inch thick mattress with a sheet laid on the floor beside one of the beds when we complained about it as we had been charged an extra 400 Baht for the extra bed a lady brought a bed base and put the mattress on it. The room we stayed in a couple of years before was 1,800 Baht before but now we were charged 3,500 Baht which I thought was a totally unreasonable price increase. When we stayed here before the pool had some tiles missing from it and I thought it was a hazard then, I assumed a couple of years later the problem would have been resolved but I was surprised to see It was actually worse, there were many tiles missing from the sides as well as the floor of the pool creating a substantial hazard to people using the pool. I, unfortunately, cut my toe on my left foot on the edge of a tile!! The breakfast is ok but missing western foods, and milk for coffee, they have only dried cream powder. Luckily I had some fresh milk in my room . All in all, I would say it is expensive and not really safe for kids to swim and I probably will not return until these problems have been resolved
