Extremely pathetic service from the so highly hyped hotel which charged me 9200 for 2 nights.. terrible room condition, when I checked in the room, AC was not working, after complaining multiple times my room was changed and yet again AC and TV both not working in the new room. Booking made was for 2 people however only one set of towels and toiletries kept in the room. Original room Which I booked was so small that not even two people could move around properly, one light over the mirror not working, electrician did not know what was the fault, not sure from when rooms are not been vacuumed so dirty full of dust, bathrooms full of dirty floor, curtains can’t even touch….extremely poor customer service, you call them, they will appear after 6 hours for the complaint made. Overall a very unpleasant and poor stay at the property. One and only positive was variety of food in breakfast. Highly not recommend to anyone looking to book this hotel in future..

The reception staff, especially Miss Pinky was extremely helpful in arranging an early check-in for me. Overall excellent experience at an affordable price. The room was clean and all amenities were provided. Will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel was awesome. Rooms was neat and clean. Buffet spread of breakfast and dinner was awesome and tasteful. Only demerit i felt was 80 room property and just single lift which bit inconvenient. Rest all things were nice. Recommended for business/leisure traveller.

Excellent stay experience…. Food was good and over all restaurant staff is too kind.They full fill the guest de***d as per guest taste.. In house staff is also polite and professionally attend his guest I give 10/10 for my stay in Regenta central

Overall experience in Restaurant is Upto The Mark. Mr V***n, Miss Anjana, Miss Gunjan, Mr Mahesh, Ceff Anant and all staff of Restaurant are Familiar To us. Whenever we order something even to our room in case of Health Issues, they provide us without hesitation. All are helpful n Friendly. Thnx for everything for serving us for such a long period of time....Once again Thnx to All......BY....BY....
