The facilities and service are reasonably priced. Both meals are plentiful. The area is very quiet. Our visit was in September, and the weather was a bit chilly. Otherwise, there would be no air conditioning in the room, only fans, which would be unacceptable in the heat of summer.

The proprietress speaks fluent English. The hot springs are open from evening to nine in the morning. There is a wide variety of kaiseki cuisine for breakfast and dinner. The dining environment is good and the service attitude is efficient.
