Niseko Grand Hotel Reviews

The room was quite nice and seems to be newly refurbished. We booked a buffet dinner and the food offering was really good. The hot spring baths were also really relaxing and outdoor open-air unisex bath was also huge.

Onsen is amazing. As guests of the hotel, we get to used the onsen anytime of the evening to the morning. It was tranquil at night when my wife and I found the onsen all to ourselves. I went again in the early morning and soaked in the spring colors, again having the outdoor onsen to myself. We would stay again.

The restaurant on the fifth floor overlooks the outdoor mixed bathing hot spring pool, and the breakfast is of high quality. The room is clean and comfortable with a large heater. There are ample parking spaces in the two parking lots. There is also a hot spring outlet next to the second parking lot opposite. Many locals come to collect water and take it back for drinking. Yukata for mixed bathing can be picked up at the front desk at any time, and swimsuits are not allowed to enter. There is a small supermarket, capsule toy machine, and coin lockers in the lobby.

This was my first time there. There was a receptionist and a staff member who helped us at breakfast. They were very nice. My husband and I are both very grateful. One thing that bothered me was when a young customer (Japanese) threw a plastic bottle in the burning trash can and then other customers also threw away everything, which made me feel disappointed at the bad manners of the customers. I am not very good at paying attention to it, but I did separate the items in the trash can. I have a child (a young person with bad manners) who is the same generation. I was very worried about whether I was able to educate him in the same way, and my husband and I were worried. I want to continue to be an adult who can warn people with bad manners. The hotel staff, the open-air bath, and the rooms were great. I would like to use this hotel again. Thank you very much. I am grateful.

Very good experience, although the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. Free pick-up and ski pick-up are impressive. The open-air hot spring is very good, and it is even more pleasant to soak in the hot spring while watching the snow scenery than in Noboribetsu.

I was worried about whether it looked old when I looked at the photos. In fact, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is very old and very Japanese. Emperor Showa once stayed. The hot springs are open all night, both indoors and outdoors. They are very comfortable after soaking. Swimsuits are free to use. The restaurant has a great view and the breakfast is rich. The hotel bus is very convenient to various ski resorts. I love it😍I will come here again next time I come to Niseko.

Don't look at the previous reviews of old hotels. It will be newly renovated in the autumn of 2023. We are the first guests to experience it this snow season. It's clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot spring, I went back to the room and watched TV. It was so comfortable. The hot springs are also cleaned every day, so feel free to enter. The ski resort is conveniently connected and has the hotel's own bus.

The hotel's facilities are indeed very old. The scale in the indoor pool could be used as coral. Other facilities are also relatively old, but the service is great and clean. The service can completely offset the problems with the facilities.

The hot springs were nice and the food was delicious. But electric lights inside the hot spring? Since it's summer around here, there were a lot of big insects, so I was worried.

Apart from the old facilities, the hotel has good hot springs.

The bathroom is too old and has no flusher, which is too rare. Hot springs are nice.
