Great stay, excellent location and facilities The stay was definitely worth the price. The hotel is very convenient, especially for accessing the ski resort, which made our trip super enjoyable. The facilities were excellent 😁we really enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again!

If you are looking for a hotel that prioritizes convenience and maximizes your time on the snow, this is it. Here is a breakdown of why this stay was so effortless: Unbeatable Ski Facilities The logistics here are some of the best I’ve encountered. It is a true ski-in, ski-out property, but the real highlight is the layout: One-Stop Hub: The gear rental shop and the ski lockers are located on the same floor as the lobby. No trekking through stairs or elevators with heavy boots. Ski School: The lesson meeting point is right in the same area. You can get fitted for your gear, drop your bags in the locker, and meet your instructor all within a 50-meter radius. Dining with a View The culinary experience was a major standout. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered an excellent variety of high-quality dishes. The Vibe: Eating while overlooking the groomed runs of the ski area is the perfect way to start the morning and a relaxing way to wind down as the sun sets over the slopes. On-Site Amenities The convenience shop inside the hotel is surprisingly well-stocked. It’s perfect for grabbing: Quick snacks and energy drinks for the lifts. Cold drinks for the room. A great selection of local merchandise and souvenirs if you want to take a piece of the trip home with you.

came here to stay for 3 nights for my first ever ski experience. the hotel location is wonderful as it get to ski in and out conveniently during my stay and enjoy hotel spring after ski. the hotel does provide one stop service for ski equipment rental, lesson and lift pass purchase(same rate as the online lift pass). the room is new and clean. I hope the standard can keep still and I would wish to stay back to this hotel again if ever I get a chance to visit niseko again!

Great stay, I slept comfortably. but in future I would like to request a room nearer to the lift, I was given a room at the end of the corner… way too far from the lift. Missed out trying the Onsen and breakfast I’ll definitely come back again .

Overall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet.

Location: Excellent. You can ski right to the side entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Rather average. There's no shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel... When I asked the front desk, they just said to 'take a taxi' (which cost almost 5000 yen). They didn't even proactively ask if I needed help calling a taxi. After I requested one, there was a long delay with no response. I had to call them myself to be told taxis were busy and couldn't be dispatched, so I ended up hailing a Didi myself. Credibility: None! One evening, I had to leave the restaurant early. My companion, who doesn't speak Japanese, was left alone and ordered a beer in English – just one. When the bill came, they had inexplicably added an extra beer and a glass of red wine (as shown on the receipt). My companion didn't look closely, assuming the extra charge was a service fee. We only discovered this days later when checking out. I don't want to waste time and effort arguing about it, but I'm giving everyone a heads-up.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm very satisfied! The back door leads directly to the cable car station, and there are free lockers available. The service is excellent – when you're tired from skiing, you can just head back and rest. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying.

The service was great, and the ski-in/ski-out access was super convenient. The hotel facilities are well-maintained. I'd definitely come back again. The hot spring was a bit small and crowded, but everything else was excellent.

The room was quite spacious, but the view was very ordinary. The surroundings were quite desolate, with nothing much to do besides skiing. This time, my experience wasn't as good as before. There were flying insects in the room at night, which was a bit scary 👻.

Overall, the hotel was great for a 4-5 days stay. Not as luxurious as the Hyatt over at Hanazono but it does its job.

The room was very spacious, and the outdoor onsen's night view was absolutely stunning. Snowflakes were falling overhead while the hot spring pool steamed, creating a truly blissful moment. The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport, making transportation super easy.

Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel. It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, 10/10
