We took a departure tour in the Balkans for my 87-year-old grandfather, here he was born in NIS, so the Hotel Ambassador was our first contact point. We were called twice if we were really coming, which we were of course jailing. At the arrival our rooms were not finished, we were left in rooms where neither the beds were made nor the vodka bottle was removed. So nothing was done, no soil, everything dust, etc. Although we asked for non-smoking rooms, we have obviously received rooms where it smells after cigarette smoke. In the four days, it was only half-hearted, once it was forgotten again, another time the towels were taken with, but not freshly deposed. At breakfast, you had to ask for each extra glass or cup, like coffee lime. We have travelled a lot, but as this hotel comes to its five stars, it is incomprehensible for us, we have also stayed in a three-star hotel, which was great, the Hotel Ambassador can only dream of it. Five stars never.

Absolutely best of the best hotel in Nis Serbia. Just in the Center and close to everywhere. Easy to reach from highway. They have a secured free car park inside the hotel. The hotel is very modern and new. The room was perfect and clean. Check in and checkout from Ms Dragana was very quick and professional. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was well priced and tasty.Thank you mr Marco. Breakfast there was lots of fresh local food as well as international. Definitely recommended and will stay again.

Spent 5 nights in this nice hotel. The location is in the middle of Nis center which is good and bad. The benefits is closeness to all shops and restaurant The downside is the music at night both friday and Saturday is the music very high so it's hard to get a good sleep before 02.00 am. Rooms are clean and modern and beds are really great. Breakfast is very familiar and with good service unfortunately arn't the breakfast assortment as good as the service. But all and all a great stay and I Higly recommend this hotel.

On the Sunday of the day, the surrounding shops were basically closed. Free parking was available at the hotel entrance. Breakfast was 5 euros per person, which was pretty good. The room was small but had a balcony. It was convenient for smoking. I ordered the wrong date and jet lag. The beauty at the front desk helped me solve it! The beauty at the front desk is always smiling. I don’t understand English, but she is impatient to type and communicate with me! It's really great,

I stayed four nights in the hotel and all went well, the staff is extremely friendly, the buffet breakfast was good (only fresh fruit missing). I had a room with balcony overlooking the pool and the city of Nis, just a shame there´s no seating provided on the balcony. The hotel itself is slightly oldish but well mentained and the staff is doing everything to make your stay enjoyable. It´s up the hill in a very quiet part of Nis, approx. 2 km away from the city center, you can either walk up the hill or take a taxi for 2 or 3 euros. Aircondition and wi-fi working perfectly.
