Impeccable service especially the hotel Manager Dao, warm & friendly, she shared with us tips to get around and helped us to booked our transportation back to Hanoi. The hotel is clean and breakfast is really delicious, their spring rolls & pho are the best I have tried in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we are grateful that everyone in this hotel going the extra miles to make us feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend.

Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

After I sweated, 5 people in my family spent the day, but as a family travel accommodation, this is the perfect choice. When I checked the address on the voucher and called, I got on the motorcycle, picked it up and gave me instructions. The price is good, the room is good, the location is good, the view is good, the most important thing is that the owner and wife are friendly and the service is the best. The boss can speak Korean and the wife can speak English. We ordered breakfast before looking at the menu in the evening, so the next morning, we prepared a lot of breakfast. In addition, services such as fruit and cold water are also provided. Dinner introduced us to a nearby restaurant, and the price, food and atmosphere were very good. It's a day, but after receiving a lot of people, I feel great^^. thank you boss!

The family here were super accommodating. From before we arrived the receptionist was messaging asking for our time of arrival what our plans are and suggesting things to do! ☺️ Our washing was done so fast and they also organised a bike for us. Breakfast was lovely and while we were waiting for our bus when we were leaving we were given free refreshments and then a lift into town from the lady for free which she didn’t need to do! Thank you for looking after us so well.

The price is OK, the boss is very good, there is a green massage service.
