The service was great; they tidied up the room every time we left. The hotel's sea view is fantastic, but the beach itself is pretty average. The entertainment options were good – I even brought back the pottery and paintings I made at the hotel.

Over the past few days, I've experienced a different kind of Amannoi – one with the dampness of rain, another with the quiet serenity of an overcast sky, and then the breathtaking Amannoi when the sun pierced through the clouds. My only regret is not having seen Amannoi on a perfectly clear, sunny day, but perhaps that slight imperfection makes for its own kind of 'perfection.' The service was exceptional, always appearing at just the right moment; any minor flaws were easily overlooked. I left my white sun protection jacket on the electric cart path – I guess that'll be my souvenir.

If there's one thing that truly stands out from my stay at Amanoi in Nha Trang, Vietnam, it's not the sunrise over the infinity pool, nor the turquoise waters of Vinh Hy Bay, but rather the impeccable and perfectly balanced service from every single staff member. I particularly want to thank the Guest Relations team. From the moment my reservation was confirmed, they acted like invisible but incredibly attentive concierges – confirming my dietary preferences, arrival time, and even remembering my anniversary in advance. Upon arrival, they were already waiting at the entrance, offering refreshing cold towels and a local welcome drink, which instantly melted away travel fatigue. There was no excessive small talk, yet every interaction felt thoughtfully considered. Even more remarkably, the entire team maintained an astonishing sense of appropriate discretion. During breakfast, servers would observe your dining pace, appearing to check in just as you set down your cutlery, yet never interrupting a conversation. By the pool, staff were always there precisely when you needed them – offering iced water, adjusting a sun umbrella – then quietly receding. They remembered each guest's name and preferences without ever overstepping boundaries. Warmth is easy to find; perfect discretion is rare. Amanoi truly embodies "warmth with restraint" – the service is present, yet it never intrudes on your peace. This, I believe, is why Aman-aficionados keep returning.

The service was great, but the restaurant food wasn't good. The landscaping was pretty average. 'Asia's first Amann' is a bit overrated. Most of the hotel activities cost money and require advance booking.

Although it's a long journey, being located within a national park with beautiful scenery and privacy makes it quite worthwhile. The two-tiered staircase design upon entering the resort, leading to the main restaurant, creates a special sense of ceremony as you step into Amanoi. Upon checking in, a dedicated staff member explains the room facilities and how to use them. At breakfast, someone comes in to open the curtains and tidy up. For dinner, they close the curtains, tidy up, and then light mosquito coils. They offer a variety of pillow choices, replenish fruit after you've eaten it, and thoughtfully place a lavender herbal sachet under your pillow. Another unique touch is that they give you a straw hat, saving guests who forgot theirs the trouble of worrying about sun protection or carrying an umbrella. Overall, the service is proactive yet unobtrusive. The property is expansive; you can choose to walk or take a buggy to get around. Every morning and afternoon, there are different classes available, including yoga, meditation, tai chi, and even city tours – there are quite a few activities. I booked a room with a private pool villa this time. I had hoped to enjoy the sounds of insects and birds, and a peaceful, ethereal atmosphere, but the pool's generator was actually quite noisy, so I somewhat regret booking the pool villa. Breakfast is à la carte and freshly prepared daily, and afternoon tea is also provided. The only minor drawback is that there are only two restaurants; I personally preferred the Spanish restaurant by the beach. Finally, I had a 90-minute spa session. If I had to share my opinion, I'd say you could probably skip it...

typical ‘best hotel chain’ so no cares even you have some feedback for them. spa had missed our booking, meals took half an hour each time to be served, calling us at 9pm to ‘see if we wanted to go for dinner’. probably much better value spending this much a night on four seasons.

wonderful experience and will revisit again! impressed since landing when meeting the resort staff assisting us on baggage. staffs were all well-prepared and helpful. Ms. Nhi and her team welcomed me and my husband with gracious hospitality, making us feel like at home. there were many activities to do that you could spend 4 days or longer without getting bored. the villa itself had full amenities (i’m so impressed that they offered sunblock as well). bed was comfortable and the room functions were very well-designed. housekeeping came to clean most of the time when we were not at the villa and they refilled everything each time (we never ran out of anything). bbq course dinner was incredible, both taste-wise and service-wise, which made me and my husband started to love vietnamese food especially the fresh spring rolls. overall, we are truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by amanoi!

The service at Amanoi was fantastic, meeting the high standards expected from Aman. However, some issues, particularly the unexpected noise, impacted our stay: Noise Disruption - Most Disappointing Aspect: Our first morning was serene, but on the second day, we were unexpectedly awakened by loud machinery noise from a nearby park as early as 6–7 a.m. The disturbance continued throughout the morning, interrupting even our attempt to rest after breakfast. Many guests travel all the way to Amanoi to find peace and tranquility away from city noise, so this was especially disappointing. Although the hotel eventually offered a small compensation after we raised the issue, it would have been preferable if they had addressed it proactively. Location Issues: The location listed on Trip.com was incorrect, causing our Grab driver to drop us at a different place. The driver then charged extra to get us to the correct location. Accurate location information could prevent this inconvenience for future guests. Limited Dining Options - Lack of Pre-arrival Information: Amanoi has only two dining options, with the BBQ restaurant open to the public only on Saturdays. Unfortunately, this detail wasn’t shared with us beforehand, so we missed the BBQ night and had to dine at the same restaurant both nights. While pre-arrival communications were focused on add-on cost services like transportation and visa fast-tracking, providing essential details such as dining schedules and locations would have greatly enhanced our planning and experience. Language Accessibility: My mother reads only in Chinese, and we were given a Chinese menu only during our final meal out of four. Having this option from the beginning would have significantly improved her dining experience.

Aman is, as always, top-notch! This isn't the first hotel in this chain we've visited, and as always, everything is top-notch. This time, we decided to bring our child (1 year and 8 months old) and stayed for two weeks, and our vacation was comfortable. The hotel ordered diapers and food for us in advance, and the restaurant can also prepare anything you request for the child. There are toys on the beach, and they bring everything you need to your villa; you don't have to bring anything; you can request it in advance. A very beautiful hotel. Everything is thought out down to the last detail; you simply get a sense of aesthetic pleasure. I recommend booking a villa with an ocean view; the view is simply out of this world. I'd also like to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff; they're amazing, they work hard, and they give 100%. We had a wonderful time and an unforgettable experience here.

A beautiful resort hotel with professional service. It's a bit far from Nha Trang, about an hour's drive away. They gave us a small gift, which we appreciated. If I ever come to Vietnam, this will be my first choice.

Aman Resorts abroad and Aman Resorts in China are completely different things, two completely different experiences. Aman Noire undoubtedly demonstrated top-tier service standards, service quality, and facility management during this trip. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and all staff members accurately called out guests' names and proactively greeted and assisted them. Room cleaning was done according to the number of times we left, a very high standard. The hotel is divided into functional villas and residential villas. All dining and massage services at the hotel reserve a functional villa for a single guest, providing a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is most unique in two ways: firstly, its location. Nestled against the mountains and overlooking the sea, it offers breathtaking mountain and sea views that everyone dreams of. The mountain where the hotel is located has very unique rock formations; large, weathered rocks are surrounded by lush vegetation and rich soil. The hotel has also taken advantage of this geological feature by planting many tropical trees with gnarled branches around the perimeter, creating an effect like being in a large bonsai garden. Secondly, there were the hotel activities. We had pre-booked with the hotel activities such as exploring local street food, hiking in nearby villages, and discovering ethnic minority cultures. These activities were either closely connected to the natural scenery or deeply resonated with the local culture, truly immersing us in the local life and telling the stories of this land. Without these arrangements, the wonderful experience in Nha Trang would not have been possible.
