The room was clean, bright, and reasonably priced. It's much better than the hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ninh Binh. The front desk service was excellent, truly deserving of a five-star rating!

Had a great stay at the hotel, staff were super friendly and very helpful with all of our requests.
Room was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and the provided breakfast really hit the spot and set us up for a day of sightseeing.
If i ever in the area again, i would happily book a stay here again.
Also the food from the restaurant was very good and value for money.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, walking distance to Hoa Lu Old Town and 15 minute drive to tourist spots. The room was spacious and comfortable but it has poor soundproofing. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly the receptionists. Breakfast is ala cart. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend.
