The hotel is located directly on the beach promenade and in the center of Daluoshui. Our rooms offered a fantastic view over Lake Lugu and the surrounding mountains. The furnishings in our room were comfortable (shower, bathtub, TV, balcony with a view of the lake), but you could tell from the inventory that it wasn't up to the first season. The beds had comfortable and soft mattresses in which we slept well and peacefully. Breakfast is served in a breakfast room next to the reception. It was typical of the country, rather simple, but filling. If, like us, you don't want to go without a cup of coffee in the morning, you will find three small cafés in the immediate vicinity along the beach promenade. Practically all restaurants, mostly with hearty cuisine typical of the country, are within walking distance. Communication ran largely without problems via WeChat with a translation function. For our local excursions, we were assisted by a driver who had been arranged for us in Lijiang. Even if it can be said everywhere that many more guests will soon be able to enjoy nature here, Lugu Lake still offers something, at least in the off-season, that has become rare in Yunnan's tourist strongholds: peace, space, nature. And sometimes also a bit of originality that has not yet been completely eroded by the same bars and shops. Our hotel offers itself as an acceptable domicile and scores with a very good location and an excellent view.

The most satisfying part of this trip to Yunnan was the two days at Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is really beautiful. This B&B is great. We booked a family room with two floors. The bedding was very comfortable. When we opened the balcony door, we could see the lake and the scenery. Very good.
