A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff at the reception was very courteous and nice while checking in, but they need to little English, as it is impossible to get a reply to any question asked. Even the restaurant staff in the morning breakfast had no idea what I requested for, I mean if someone is working for a brand like Howard Johnson, they ought to know basic English. I am again saying the staff was very nice and tried everything they could do to make us comfortable, but then the right connect was missing.

The overall experience of this hotel is great. I chose this hotel when I passed by Mount Putuo. The view from the high-floor rooms is good, and the panoramic view makes people feel very comfortable. Ms. Yue Jingjing, a staff member in the lobby, has a strong sense of initiative. When she came to the store, she took the initiative to help deliver the luggage to the room. The recommended dining place is very satisfactory, and the service attitude is very good. The cleanliness of the room is good, and the location is next to the exhibition center, near the Hankyu Business Center, which is super convenient for shopping and traveling. Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, great view The parking lot exit is not connected to the hotel system, and the license plate will not be automatically scanned to lift the pole. The check-in information needs to be manually confirmed again. So what should I report to the front desk? There are many kinds of breakfast, including freshly made wontons, which is very popular! But no serious meat, bad review! The happy hour offerings all taste pretty good, and there are even cocktails! The hotel's services are very good, but I feel a little uncomfortable asking me to write a good review. The shading effect of the curtains in the room is very poor. I am very sensitive to light in the morning, so I woke up early. I suggest the hotel update the shading curtains. The water in the shower head is very fast. After some research, it seems that it cannot be adjusted. I don’t like it.
