The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. The location is super convenient with everything nearby. The room was spacious and well-equipped. If you're staying here, I highly recommend watching movies – the Golden Pass is very comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The housekeeping auntie was also very friendly and cleaned our room daily, even helping us with a late check-out.

This stay at the Ningbo Grand Hotel's River View King Room was excellent overall. The room was very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, providing an unobstructed panorama of the Sanjiangkou river. I could enjoy the light show right from my bed at night, creating a truly enchanting evening atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were relatively new, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is a huge advantage, being right next to Tianyi Square with convenient subway access. Downstairs, there's a wide variety of restaurants and local snacks to choose from, making shopping and dining incredibly easy without having to travel far to find food. My overall experience was great, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ningbo. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Traveling to Ningbo with my best friend, and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offered an incredible view, with the river bridge on one side and the bustling city commercial district on the other. The room decor was simple and clean, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Enjoying the breeze of Ningbo and wandering through the streets and alleys, the joy of travel is half about the scenery and half about the company.

This time, I brought my child for a summer vacation trip. We booked the 28-square-meter scenic king room, which was perfectly adequate, and it also had a large balcony. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The weather was hot, and as soon as we entered the room, we saw the minibar, which my child absolutely loved. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. I heard the windows had been recently cleaned, they were spotless, and they were extra-large panoramic windows. We could see Tianyi Square right from the room, which was incredibly beautiful. In the evening, we could also enjoy the river view from the balcony – very satisfying. Environment: Located right in the city center, it's very close to Tianyi Square, Yuehu Park, the main cathedral, Chenghuang Temple, and the Old Bund, all within walking distance. Service: They were responsive to all our requests, the service was thoughtful, and the staff were very enthusiastic. The young lady at the front desk was also very pretty. Breakfast: Breakfast started at 7 AM, and there was an abundant variety. My child had a great time eating. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it was excellent, and I would choose to stay here again next time.

Overall, this is a pretty good hotel, especially for its value in this area. It's newly renovated, conveniently located, and while the gym is small, it's just enough for a morning cardio session. The snack shops on Guoyi Street nearby are also quite good. And the complimentary coffee coupon was a nice touch, the coffee was actually delicious!

The hotel's location is superb, and the night view of the Sanjiangkou is absolutely stunning! It's very clean, the environment is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The facilities are brand new and include a complimentary self-service laundry. We also received a welcome gift. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend it.
