房間不錯的，乾淨衞生，位置優越，前台服務很好，房間裏的東西齊全，空調效果好，毛巾浴巾也不錯，阿姨很細心，位置特別好，交通便利，附近一堆小吃街，就在市中心，去哪裡都方便，性價比很好的

因為信任連鎖酒店，入住以後洗完澡直接吹頭髮，突然被電到了，才發現吹風機竟然是這樣的（視頻）。後面一直噁心，雙手發抖，開始拉肚子。後面告知酒店被吹風機電了，需要去醫院。酒店派一個不識字的阿姨跟着，醫葯費酒店的人都説沒有錢，讓我墊付，後面給我報。結果我被抽了4管血，打了半夜吊針，第二天，酒店經理帶個師傅來用電筆驗一下就説不漏電，絲毫不看吹風機連保險網都沒有。然後拒絕賠償！本人已經諮詢律師，無奈做起訴維權！有外地的律師朋友，媒體朋友，請聯繫我。這樣仗着後台硬欺負消費者的酒店不靠媒體和司法實難維權 另外，這個酒店根本不是什麼連鎖酒店，法人和營業執照都是獨立的，出了事。所謂南苑這個牌子是不會管的！酒店經理服務態度也是什麼惡劣，毫無專業素養

酒店位置處於市中心，周邊環境不錯，出行交通非常便利，酒店前台服務非常熱情周到，賓至如歸，房間空間大，採光好，朝南挺安靜的，設施齊全完善，不錯的選擇滿意度百分百
