1 到火車站去接我，因地址雖然近，但我高齡認路蠻難。
2 普陀山遇到淋雨，為我烘乾衣服十件。

設施：東西還是比較齊全的，吹風機各種用的東西都很齊全，電視啊什麼的也都挺好的，沒啥壞的就是房間的空調，麻煩改進一下，空調是中央空調總控的，自己調節不了暖風和冷風，也調節不了温度，晚上睡覺熱死，真的特別討厭中央空調
衞生：衞生還不錯，蠻乾淨蠻清爽的，沒有什麼灰塵之類的東西挺乾淨的
環境：環境也不錯，就在南站裏面特別近，設施什麼的都比較齊全，外賣也可以送上樓挺方便的
服務：服務也可以前台非常熱情，非常周到，服務特別得好很滿意，隨叫隨到，打電話過去接聽的也挺及時的

這是去普陀山拜觀音最佳落腳點。
該酒店乾淨衞生，設備齊全；位置非常優越，高鐵，長途，公交都在一起了，出行非常方便。去舟山，下樓就到售票大廳。
這次定的是適緩房，房間裏有套按摩椅，和妻子在普陀玩了兩天回來累死了，躺在按摩椅裏都不想出來了，真舒服！值！下次來這裏住

位置在寧波汽車南站，離火車站就幾百米，酒店免費升級了，從大廳到走廊房間超乾淨的，特別是床單，很新，這個價位太值了，而且裏面的工作人員很熱心，看我帶着孩子託2個行李箱還幫我送到門口

房間出乎意料的好~這個價位在這麼方便的地理位置上，真的很絕。
出門左轉就是寧波高鐵站，下面就是地鐵站。旁邊就是寧波汽車站，去舟山之類也可以直接這裏坐大巴。總結就是超方便的！

環境：鬧中取靜
服務：大堂經理小付，還有其他接待客服，
都是非常熱情，到底是大城市，還有酒店位置特別好，
購買的2份早餐是物有所值。
美中不足是酒店，沒有提供茶包，希望有所改善。

我是很少點評的，但這家酒店真心五星好評！
到了寧波站後，已經是晚上快7:00了，沒有回程的動車了，於是就想找個酒店先住下來，旁邊沒看到其他的酒店，衹有璞緹海酒店的燈是最明亮，最顯眼的。於是就抱着試試看的心理來到了酒店，我以為車站旁邊的酒店不但價格高，還怕衞生不好，於是就想先看看房間狀況再説，當時前台衹有美女玲玲一個人在忙，還有其他旅客在辦入住，當我説出了想先看一下房間後再定的想法時，玲玲並沒有不耐煩，而是很友好的找了一位負責工程的先生帶我去看房間。上樓後，立馬感覺酒店的公共空間很開闊，推開房間門後，感覺房間空間也很大，衞生也是非常乾淨，有如家的感覺。同時，帶我看房的這位先生也非常專業，非常有禮貌。
我定的房間不含早餐，玲玲還送了兩份早餐券，真心感謝！
辦好入住後，我們要出去吃晚餐，當時外面下起了小雨，小付主動拿了一把傘給我們，玲玲主動告訴我們乘坐幾號地鐵，在哪裡有好吃的。真是視賓客如家人的感覺。
酒店門口就是地鐵，可以坐2號線一站到城隍廟。2站到鼓樓。
璞緹海酒店是一家真心品質酒店，酒店人員服務好，素質高，給人温暖如春的感覺，酒店環境寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，而且交通超級便利，酒店出門就是寧波高鐵站。下次如果再來寧波。一定會再來璞緹海酒店。

此次來寧波，本來訂了其他的酒店！在火車上臨時換了這家，抱着不怎麼樣的心情辦理入住！首先覺得在寧波站邊上，和汽車南站緊挨着肯定會覺得嘈雜！但是很出乎意料，大過年的前台小哥哥為我們主動免費升級了房型，三個大男人被告知還有三人房高興壞了！我和我母親升級了陽光標間，真的無敵了！暖暖的太陽射進屋裡，直接可以照射在床上！不要太香喔！對了，前台小付哥哥很陽光的一位帥哥，大家去可以找他，我也不是託！房間超大衞生很好且乾濕分離！最主要的是還有免費洗衣和烘乾，出門旅遊真的很贊！酒店工作人員包括保潔碰面都很熱情的打招呼，有種家的感覺，很温馨！房間隔音也很好，很安靜！就是別搞錯了這家是汽車南站別出門導航導錯了！另外去各景點也很方便！唯一不好的就是每次需要去前台拿洗漱用品包括洗衣液，但是也能理解！畢竟不要浪費嘛！如果有六星好評我肯定給，超級無敵性價比很高的一家酒店！

酒店位置非常好，就在火車站南廣場客運站邊上，坐火車、地鐵和去普陀山的長途汽車都非常方便。酒店環境很好，設施齊全，房間整潔，早餐豐盛，特別是前台工作人員玲玲，服務熱情，認真負責，給我們提供了很大的幫助，使我們在寧波渡過了一個愉快的假期，非常感謝，下次來寧波還會再住璞緹海酒店。
