kiss Bamboo Hotel (Ningbo Tianyi Square - Gulou Subway Station)

Fantastic! I've stayed here three times already. It's excellent value for money, with a superb location that's close to all the attractions. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel for a two-day trip to Ningbo during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Ningbo Drum Tower. The ground floor of the hotel is currently under renovation; the walls are mostly torn down, and it looks like a pile of rubble. At first glance, I thought it was an abandoned, unfinished building. However, the elevator was working, and once upstairs, I found the hotel's interior environment to be quite good and suitable for a stay.

The location is excellent, close to both the subway and train stations, making it a great choice for a tourist stay. It's also near attractions like Tianyi Square and Gulou. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Old Bund and Chenghuang Temple. The subway station is just 100 meters downstairs, and there are many eateries in the alley next door, especially the noodles at Ant Noodle House – they're incredibly chewy! The hotel itself is decent, though the decor is a bit dated. Each night's stay includes complimentary milk and breakfast. Recommended!

Overall, it's not bad, but it only meets budget hotel standards. They provide paper cups without plastic covers, which isn't even great for a budget hotel. How did it get three stars? And breakfast for 38? It's not even better than a Home Inn's 18 yuan breakfast. I really don't understand why the prices are so inflated. It feels like false advertising. The location is good though; it's convenient for getting everywhere.

Overall, it's decent for the price, pretty much what you'd expect. The biggest plus is the excellent location. For the washer and dryer (one of each), you have to exit the hotel and go to another shop next door. My only real complaint would be the long waits for the elevator. They did provide the complimentary milk, and I drank it.

This hotel used to be an IBIS, but now that they're independent, the savings are passed on to guests, making it great value for money. The vibe is perfect for backpackers, with creative artwork featuring names and images from around the world on the room walls. The location is excellent; you can take the subway directly to the airport and Ningbo Railway Station. Just exit from Gulou Subway Station's Exit A and it's a five-minute walk. Gulou itself is also about a ten-minute walk away. The area is quiet. In the evening, they even bring you warm milk – a nice touch! The front desk staff are very friendly.
