Tulips Valley View Resorts

The room was not clean enough or maintained.when we checked in there was maintainance work going on.

It was like a hunted place , dim light, shabby room. Smell around the rooms , nails coming out of the Wooden floor, pale windows , washroom window locks are broken n a hole purposely made to peep i side. No water bottles just a glass jar of water. Ohh now the bedsheets is torn, blanket only one , that too it had stain .. pillow had a cover but when I saw inside the pillow was all black in stain. No food . Cook is absent sir , that's all the response was.don't even think of going there. Ohh yeah the bed back rest pic I have attached have a look. Also check the roof wall how dark it got due moisture n this the overall roo. Smells .. n yes there are 2 doors in the room one door is near washroom which can be opened by others from outside as there was no lock FROM INSIDE THE ROOM . Check the dirty mug which you are provided to take shower.. all this for 3.6 k per night without breakfast. This were my observations

It was a pleasant stay. this hotel is situated on a Hill. The views are excellent from your hotel room. Food was decent and Service Too.

The rooms and washroom are dirty. They don’t provide mineral water. If you order from the restaurant it takes about 45 min. The guy at the reception is rude and unbothered.

the rooms are 2stars at-most. The bed was broken and they brought a carpenter to fix the bed. He took about an hour to fix. The noise and saw dust was unbearable. The place doesn’t have a functioning restaurant. View was great though.

Dirty rooms. Property was not well kept. Below average staff. No telephone to talk to reception, every time had to go and tell them what I needed. The valley view out of the glass window is bad as there is garbage outside the window. Nothing like they showed in the photos. Will never recommend this.

Bathroom is not cleaned well, old building, parking area is not safety,room not safety because no proper curtains.

Location is very good very calm and quite place. According to the budget is good. Felt curtain is little annoying thats you can’t cover up all of your room.

The place was good with great view of the sky and the valley The staff was super great with great hospitality and food was great in taste
