Stop over city for us and it was away from the city centre. Nearby conveniences , I.e. Aeon Mall where you can find some decent eateries and grocery. Good place for transiting.

部屋のトイレは狭く感じた。製氷機の脇にあった氷入れのケースは紙カップよりも大きいので、非常に助かった。

清潔感もあって、感じ良いホテル。
駐車場は敷地をぐるっと囲むような駐車スペースでしたが、停めきれなかったので少し離れた契約駐車場を案内されました。特に問題はありません。
お部屋もよくあるシンプルスタイルですが、ユニットバスはかなり狭め。カラダがかたい自分には少し辛かった^^;
アメニティは必要最低限で、1、3階に自動販売機、3階にコインランドリーがあります。ビールなどのアルコール類はないので予め買って行ったほうがいいですよ。

フロントスタッフは、まずまずの愛想でした。
朝食は美味しかったですが、和食系のおかずも欲しかったです。
部屋の広さはいいですが、トイレとユニットバスが狭くて使いづらいです。

子どもの添い寝無料でしたが、バスタオルの提供がありフロントの方の説明対応がとても丁寧なホテルでした。また利用したいです。

新潟テルサでライブがあり、駅南からバスに乗らず自家用車で行くことにしたので鳥屋野潟付近で探したらヒットしました。 出入り口が幹線道路なので若干出入りが難しい時間帯もありますが、それ以外はとても良かったです。
