Comfort Hotel Niigata Reviews

This hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station, making it easy to access dining options and souvenir shops. Parking at the hotel is 1,600 yen per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Both nights of my two-night stay, the lot was full. However, there are plenty of coin-operated parking lots nearby, and they are surprisingly affordable, something you wouldn't find in Tokyo. Since I only returned to the hotel to sleep, I was satisfied that breakfast was included. Although the facilities are old, the hotel was clean. Toothbrushes, a hairdryer, a face towel, and a bath towel are provided. It's a standard business hotel.

Good hotel itself in a great location with good staff. Only problem is having to pay for parking which was advertised as 1100yen per night but is actually 1600yen per night

Close to everything especially to branded shop and close to the station.

Affordable and clean

Excellent location, near several means of transportation. Free tea and coffee service with a nice reading relaxing area. Nice breakfast included. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of different drinks like smoothies, coffee/tea and milk. Service from the gentleman handling international guests was welcoming, helpful and friendly. However I do find the staff at the check in counters very stern looking who do not smile and are generally unfriendly .
