We loved everything about the hotel, the location, the service, the rooms are modern and were very clean. Nice breakfast and the garden is so pretty. Coming back for sure!

Very nice room, the junior suite. I could sit at a table and work and have on online meeting very comfortable. The estate is great, near the river Vecht with possibility of a boat trip. The restaurant is good, very tasty but not superb. The breakfast is overprices, for 25 euros I expect much more. My usual overnight stay address in the area has breakfast included and much better.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Flora Batava. They have beautiful surroundings and gardens, a very nice, clean and comfortable room. The restaurant is located in a glass ('greenhouse') extension of the main building with a beautiful view. They have great food and even better service. We'll visit here again for sure!

I had hopes of giving a better review because the rooms and property ground were very nice. Unfortunately, between them loosing our boat reservation (we were still able to go after re-booking), giving contradicting boat information (driving times, no map as promised, and misinformation about going under the bridges), and being charged twice for the rooms the rating had to drop. We booked and paid for the rooms through a third party site, but we were also charged at the hotel. I called the hotel to inform them of the double charge they said they would look into and call back later that day. They never called back. A couple days later I called back and was told the same thing. Still they never called back. I then called the booking site and explained it to them. The hotel finally gave me the refund, but we didn’t get the full amount because of the value drop of Euro during the conversion. The rooms were clean, it had a small parking area, and the boat was a fun experience, but I probably wouldn’t go back because of how the hotel handled the extra charge.

We celebrated our wedding night here. It was booked for us as a surprise. Location and setting were perfect for it: beautiful location on the water and very romantic :) The suite was booked for us and beautifully done with rose petals, amazing champagne, beautiful bath, etc.! It really made our stay memorable. There are however a few points of improvement necessary: upon check-in, no information was given to us regarding breakfast/check-out time, etc. As the booking was a surprise we figured it's part of the surprise but the day after the receptionist apologized that he forgot to inform us. That can happen of course. The breakfast could also be better and more extensive. At least, that's what you would expect at a fancy location like that. The bread was delicious but the rest nothing special. Also the location of cutlery wasn't next to plates so I was looking for cutlery, it came across as a bit messy and unorganized. Other than that we had a lovely and memorable stay and as the location is phenomenal, we can recommend it!

During Valentine's Day we stayed in this hotel. `We received a great room (junior suite) with decorations regarding Valentine and a bottle of cava. In the evening we had a valentine's dinner. It was very busy and our main course contained some small errors as one person did not received the same on the plate as the other person. But the food was great though. In the morning we enjoyed a marvelous breakfast. Very very nice stay

It’s a bit far from the city center but the hotel was really nice. Friendly staff and comfy clean room. Would recommend!

The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but inside it lacks a warm atmosphere to my personal opinion. We had a nice stay, but found the value for money disappointing. We had booked a 3 person room, however aminities were only provided for 2 people. Also only 2 chairs in the room. The food was nice, but not outstanding. Also the breakfast is very basic.
