The hotel is great, located in the Old Town of Nice, very close to the beach – just a two or three-minute walk away. It's quite convenient for getting to nearby attractions, and there's a bus stop right outside. You can take a direct bus from the airport right to the hotel entrance. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Nice Ville train station, making it easy to get around. I even got up early to watch the sunrise by the sea! I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Unexpectedly, the room was clean and the entire place felt new. The balcony view was really nice. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right downstairs. It's very close to the beach, the square, and the old town. It was a great experience overall.

Good place for a fuss free hotel near the waterfront. Option to upgrade to rooms with balcony but ones without work just fine. Space is a bit tight but nothing to complain about give the price that we paid. Just be careful not to overload the lift or you’ll get stuck!

I would like to especially thank Hajar, a female staff member from Monaco. She provided excellent service during my stay and kindly assisted me with a room upgrade, which made my experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm attitude left a very positive impression on me.

Hotel was small, from the lobby to the room, will require to overcome 2 small flights of stairs (each abt 5 steps). If u have heavy luggage, just be aware. Other than that, the hotel location was convenient to old town... and lots of restaurants. My room was facing the main road, so expected some noise from the vehicles and also people walking along the footpath.

Great location. Rooms are adequate, well maintained and nicely presented. Really appreciated the balcony to wake up with the ocean view each morning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was my favorite hotel during my Europe trip! The entire staff was incredibly warm and attentive; everyone was just so lovely. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. You can walk down to the beach in just a couple of steps. There were a lot of Chinese guests staying there, which made us feel very safe. The new renovations are really interesting and feel very high-end. The toiletries in the room are all from NUXE, which was such a fantastic touch. Loved it, loved it!

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. However, the rooms facing the garden are incredibly noisy. Even late at night, the sound of motorcycles downstairs was constant, which really affected my sleep. The room was also too small; with a 26-inch suitcase open, it was hard to even walk around normally.

There's only one major drawback: the bathroom. It's so tiny that my knees hit the door when I sit down, so I had to leave the door ajar when using the toilet! I've never seen such a small bathroom before. Everything else was great, though. The location is excellent, the service was fantastic, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I'm still very satisfied.

Very cheap, good location.

Terrible experience. My takeout order went missing, and after waiting downstairs for half an hour to discuss it with the front desk, they still charged me an mandatory 40 euros without resolving anything. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

It was great but there are a few steps to get to the elevator and the elevator was very small.
