Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late. Fortunately, we were not far from the airport. We arrived in less than an hour. The service at the front desk was enthusiastic and attentive. We checked in quickly and were able to solve our problems patiently. Basic facilities are available, towels and dental appliances are very easy to use, and the house is cleaned very clean.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

The hotel near the city center has many amenities that help me a lot during my business trip. I can walk to drink coffee, go to bars, and go to the beach. The staff enthusiastically introduced me to the city's services at reasonable prices, the rooms were very clean and cleaned every day, the 24-hour reception helped me a lot on this business trip.

Located in a room with a limited view. Windows come out of the hotel, but it is not embarrassing. On the 12th floor, a classy pool with a panoramic view. The hotel is a little crowded because of the lack of Chinese. Breakfasts are very simple and moderate, but they serve a variety of fruits, which is an indispensable advantage. The only minus is very good hearing, everything is heard in the hallway. In the room sets : tooth set (brush + pasta), haircut, shower hat. Shower gel and shampoo are not single-time, but simply poured in the container. Also updated by 2 bottles of water every day. The location is very convenient, a little far from the road noise, but at the same time close to the sea and supermarkets, various institutions.

Very satisfied with the price and service of the hotel. The price of the sea view room is good, the service quality is not bad at all, plus the enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff. All areas of the hotel are kept clean. Overall, my stay at this hotel was so comfortable that I stayed an extra two days.

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

Fantastic hotel. Reasonable price. Amazing staff that is always polite and helpful. Very delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes. Perfect location in front of the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful view from a room. Spacious and clean room with a bathtub. Several English channels with movies.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Mostly everything has been good - the room is beautiful, the views are amazing. The beach is very close. The pool at the roof is also nice. I didn't like the aircon though - it's blowing right onto the bed, and the remote is on the opposite wall.
