Greatly satisfied at Annova Hotel, decided to extend our stay for another 4 days after our initial 5 days. Pros: -Prime location -View of our room -New building, so everything seems clean and neat -Service is great -AC works perfectly -Smart TV with access to YouTube -Bathtub with ocean view -Comfy bed -Pool, sauna & gym Cons: -Lots of Chinese tour group travellers, it gets busy/noisy during the breakfast. Hence, the food is primarily focused on those target group

What a wonderful surprise! We were hoping that the Intercontinental Residences Nha Trang would be a good stay for our first trip to Vietnam but we were blown away! This is a wonderful resort in a great location. We had a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea which we loved taking in at every opportunity. We had a king classic room which was basically an extra large studio room perfect for a couple. We were worried about the noise from previous guests reviews but we had no issues during our stay and in fact had amazing sleeps! The staff were awesome and could not do enough for us including an amazing birthday cake for my husband on his birthday. We loved our breakfasts in the room that we ordered from room service. They were also opening a delightful looking coffee shop that unfortunately was opening after our stay but it looked really good. Finally the pool and beach club areas were very good and well maintained. In all one of the best holidays in a long time made even better thanks to the hospitality of the Residences!

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights Pros: Good location New and well furnished rooms Nice stuff at the reception Breakfast Pool with a nice view Cons: Pool is great but there is no parasols or shade so if it’s sunny it’s impossible to chill there. Also to get to the pool you need to climb about 60 stairs. There is a very big issue with the waiters during the breakfast. They’re constantly trying to do something around your table like picking up the plates or serving the cutleries on my table which I didn’t even ask while I was eating . It’s very embarrassing and made me feel like I’m not welcomed and should get away as fast as possible. I know that probably they were told to do so, like they have to be busy every minute which is not right in my opinion. We paid for the room with the bathtub but once I tried to fill it in there was not enough hot water. It seems like they have a tank with hot water which became empty while I tried to fill the bathtub in. So what’s the point of the room with the bathtub? However I didn’t have problem with hot water during shower.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

The Gran Melia hotel was absolutely amazing the quality of everything, the service is the best you will find anywhere. The breakfast was very special with lots of quality food to choose from the service in the breakfast was outstanding. The room and facilities were very special double sink free standing bath beautiful bedding and towels and the turn down service was great too. We used the gym every day and it was basically brand new equipment and well air conditioned to make it better We can’t wait to return to see the development of the complex and experience this special treatment again from the team at Gran Melia

Especially good, everything is very good, the staff is very good, everyone is very patient, there is a sister named Nina is very gentle, very beautiful, the scenery here on Pearl Island is very good, suitable for all ages to play, the hotel is also very good, try a lot of different things, nothing, The drinks here are also very different, and this is all natural and sweet. I will definitely come back. I like the sky here, the facilities here, the sea here, the food here, the drinks here, the fruit here, the service here, the hotel decoration is also very good, It was difficult to communicate with them, but they were all gentle and I played the playground several times

We liked our stay a lot. The hotel,the pool, beautiful private beach are great. Rooms could use a change of interior but its clean but certainly bit outdated. Good breakfast. Easy transport with the cable cart or shuttle boat to downtown. Since there was a management company change you can see there’s lots of improvement opportunities. E.g. no calling system around the pool to order food or drinks so you have to go to them. Not able to generate a total bill since they split before noon and afternoon bills so guests will have to swipe their cc card twice. Without saying they will charge separately. Extending your stay with a day resulted in our room card not working and not recognizing us at pool when ordering etc. All said we believe they will work out these small nuances and will be back certainly.

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. However, this time, I was truly let down by the service here. I had plans to recommend this place to my friends for their family s
