Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Khách sạn n*** trung tâm đi lại thoải mái, xung quanh nhiều nơi để ăn. Cơ sở vật chất tốt, nhưng wifi thì ko tốt lắm.

Отель расположен в переулке, и, что скорее является его преимуществом, так как не слышно шума проезжающих мопедов и машин. Номер понравился - светлый и аккуратный, убирались не могу сказать, что хорошо, но приемлемо. Это бюджетная гостиница, поэтому здесь чаще всего останавливаются большие группы туристов. Рядом с отелем несколько маленьких кафешек, где можно вкусно позавтракать - блинная, например, где хозяин русский парень.

최악입니다 이런게 4성급?? 이라고 싶을정도로 별로에요
잠만 자자는 생각으로 잡은 건데 너무 불편했네요
1. 방의 청결도가 거지같음
채워주는것도 없고 치워주는 것도 없음
바닥이 굉장히 더럽고 숙박 내내 요청을 했음에도 개선되지 않았음
2. 냉장고 안 시원함
냉장고를 최대파워로 올렸음에도 시원하지 않아서
리셉션에 요청하니 알겠다고 하고 대충 보더니 이게 정상이다 말만하고 돌아감. 숙박하는 내내 컴플레인 했으나 개선되지 않았음
3. 수건 부족
수건 공급이 안 된건지 부족한건지 수건이 채워지지않아서
리셉션에 요구하자 흰색 호텔수건이 아니라 개인용 줄무늬 수건 제공 하나 대충 던져주고 이게 아니라 호텔 흰색 수건이 없다 하니
알아알아알아 이러고 올라가라함
4. 신호 안 잡힘
숙소 내부 와이파이를 연결해도 인터넷이 아예 안 됌
1층 로비로 내려가야 연결되는 수준
5. 직원의 태도
위 처럼 요구하거나 컴플레인을 걸었음에도 말만 오케이 해놓고 방치하고, 밤에 인터넷 이슈로 로비를 자주 갔는데 갈때마다 손님용 소파에 누워 핸드폰 하는 직원을 마주침 심지어 말을 걸기 전까지 누워있음. 다른 직원또한 카운터/리셉션에 앉아있지 않고
자기들끼리 모여 밖에서 담배를 피우고있고, 말을 걸자 귀찮다는 듯 알고있다 올라가라 체크하겠다 는 말만 반복.
6. 시설의 노후화
로비부터 에어컨이 안 켜져있음 관리를 안 하는듯
객실 내에도 먼지가 너무 많아 숙박내내 재채기 함
쳐다보기도 싫은 호텔 1위.
