Alibu was the first hotel we stayed at, and it didn't disappoint. It's a cozy, quiet hotel with a small property, delicious breakfasts, and the room has everything you need. The guest relations officer, Linh, is always available on WhatsApp, and all information is provided in Russian. The hotel's beach is quite small, and the entry might not be convenient for everyone, especially during low tide. However, it's much easier to get in before noon during high tide. The staff also constantly cleans trash from the lagoon. The only minor complaint is the lack of a proper partition between the toilet and shower, and the fact that this area isn't separated from the rest of the room. Overall, we're happy with the hotel. The fact that I could inquire in Korean via KakaoTalk and book necessary services was great. However, for immediate issues, many staff members couldn't communicate in English at all. Compared to Hyatt, where staff proactively anticipate and provide services, here I often faced communication difficulties when asking questions, and even had to deal with some staff annoyance because of it. Therefore, I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the service. The Kids' Club also falls short when compared to Hyatt's. At Hyatt, you could drop off your child and there were plenty of activities, board games with teachers, and great opportunities to interact with foreign friends. Here, you have to pay if you leave your child, and even then, there wasn't much for them to do, so I ended up staying with my child. It seems like you really need to do your research beforehand to fully enjoy this place. The refrigerator performance was very poor, and both breakfast and dinner food were just average. On the other hand, the ocean swimming and the resort's swimming pools were highly satisfactory. If you go kayaking early in the morning, you'll see an incredible number of fish underwater. Definitely give it a try! The natural view here, unparalleled by other places, was very exotic and great for swimming. We also rented the diving equipment twice because it was so much fun. The staff guarding the pool areas, despite communication issues, were very warm people. I'm also grateful to the very friendly female staff member who was often seen near the Opal Pool Bar. She enthusiastically answered questions and her bright demeanor made me feel good. I believe this resort would be even better if the communication issues were resolved, and we definitely plan to visit again! I highly recommend it to parents with kids who love to swim!

There are a lot of Koreans here. About 70% of the tourists are Korean. Many are families, and you can snorkel right off the resort's beach; you can even see fish just by looking into the water. The breakfast is delicious – I was so full I couldn't eat anymore, even though I wanted to. You can book the shuttle bus via KakaoTalk, and getting around to the city center is convenient with Grab or inDrive since it's nearby. A taxi to the city center costs around 90,000 VND. I recommend this resort for its value for money.

I really wanted to go to Amiana, but it was too expensive, so I booked Alibu instead, and honestly, I went in with low expectations but it was absolutely fantastic! After staying at a large, crowded resort in Cam Ranh the night before, coming here felt so peaceful and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Some might find it small, but that's precisely why I could walk everywhere, and every corner was beautiful. The room also had a lovely exotic vibe. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely want to stay at Alibu again.

The rooms are decorated with a sophisticated yet nature-friendly interior design. The bedding was exceptionally clean, and the view from the terrace in each room made for a delightful start to every morning. The amenities were also well-equipped, ensuring a completely comfortable stay.

This resort is great for swimming and enjoying the fish right off the beach. Remember to bring a shower filter!

Taking a Grab car around the city was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and perhaps because of that, I didn't see a single bug! My elementary school-aged child loves snorkeling, which is why we chose this place. The beach is small and rocky, but I hear there are lots of fish. I really enjoyed my 3-night stay; the view was lovely.

The hotel is located in northern Nha Trang. It has its own beach, but it's a closed cove, and there's very little space for long-distance swimming. Closer to evening, when it's not so hot (around 5 PM), the tide goes out, making the water knee-deep, and entering the sea is prohibited after 6 PM. I liked the breakfast; it was a very varied spread with everything you could need. The hotel restaurant has quite reasonable prices. A shuttle takes guests to the city twice a day for shopping at the mall or just for a walk. There are no cafes near the hotel, and no options for an evening stroll, and the hotel grounds themselves are quite small. Upon checkout, we were unpleasantly surprised when we were told to return a teddy bear that was sitting on the bed; we were 100% sure it was a gift from the hotel. Overall, this resort is suitable for those who don't like noise and crowds. The room has bathrobes, indoor slippers, beach slippers, a beach bag, tea, coffee, and a kettle.

First time trip to Natran ,I am really anxious to stay clean, spacious and VIP service resorts...I found out this amazing Alibu...from 1st arrival and their greeting welcome tea make our couple happy...also beautiful facilities with surroundings... They served 2kind tastes craft beer for free and ordered for family set for dinner...acceptable price with good tastes foods ... Also received massage free ticket and champaign for our couple... Thanks and expecting next trip to here..

I loved that the resort had a bungalow vibe and was so beautifully decorated. The soothing water features in the lobby, combined with the ocean view, were incredibly harmonious and immediately made me feel relaxed the moment I arrived. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and I really enjoyed the bungalow feel. Another great point was having three swimming options: a private beach and two swimming pools. No matter where I chose to swim, it was never crowded, which made for a very relaxing experience. There's also a restaurant near the pool, which was convenient for ordering things like pizza if I got hungry while swimming! The resort was about a 15-minute drive from the city center, but the free shuttle service was excellent, dropping us off at most major spots in the city wherever we wanted to go. It worked out perfectly!

This beachfront resort has a private beach and excellent service. Some staff members can even speak a little Chinese, which was a nice surprise. My only complaints are that the beach itself is quite small and a bit rocky. Also, the lunch was just okay.

All facilities get 100 points!! The bathroom's layout was really unique, which made it a bit inconvenient ㅠㅠ. Otherwise, it was pleasant and clean, and the overall facilities were all great.
