Terribly experience for me. No front desk itself I have to check in with Panorama hotel. The room completely different from it's show as a new hotel open 2025 but actual room like 10 years. Curtains very dirty with black spots are fungus, torn and broken. Also the floor panel was damage.Wardrobe , table , bathroom, sink sofa all was old and dirty. Air-condition smelly. I felt itchy on my arm and found ants on the bed when looking carefully ants everywhere in the room.

The room is old and has mold spots all over it. The bed sheets also have black spots. It is extremely dirty. The management is chaotic. I couldn't find any information when checking in. The price is more expensive than booking directly. It was an experience of being deceived.

I had a great time staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is great — it’s just a few minutes walk to the square and the beach.
