It’s ok, just not my first choice

The room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and designed with a luxurious dark classic vibe that made my husband and I not want to go anywhere else. The pool was clean and the water didn’t sting our eyes at all. There were a few dry leaves in the pool, but nothing major. The service was absolutely the best. I chatted quite a lot with Kak Dila, who helped arrange a simple honeymoon decoration in our room, free of charge. Super sweet! The only downside was the security; he wasn’t very attentive when my husband was carrying a lot of stuff and had to go up the long stairs in the drop-off area. The café was also really cozy for hanging out and having coffee. We were served by Regina, who was very friendly (and gorgeous!). The only issue was the coffee cup—the handle was too small, so my elegant fingers wouldn’t fit properly, making it hard to hold the cup the right way. And the best of the best? The cleanliness. Seriously, everything was spotless. Overall, a great experience. Will we come back? YES!!! And we’ll definitely bring our big family with us next time.

The lobby was beautifully decorated — stylish but still very cozy. Even the chairs were arranged in a way that made everything feel elegant. Great for taking pictures too! Our room was HUGE. Seriously spacious, and the bathroom had golden touches that made it feel kinda luxurious. What really touched me was the coffee machine in the room — and not just any coffee, it was good quality stuff! I loved that little detail. The staff were amazing. Even super late at night, they were still friendly and ready to help. One even helped us take pictures and knew exactly where the best photo spots were around the hotel — love that! There’s also a pool and a restaurant in the back area.

Great Hotel Horrible Receptions. I dont know what are their requirements to hire receptions, BUT good attitude polite, helpful and honest are definitely NOT on the lists. They don't speak english, unfriendly, and rude. They even charge for towels. (They give only 1 towel. When we ask for extra towel and floor matt because their bathroom sewer is clogged and flod the floor, the female reception insist we have to PAY EXTRA FOR THE TOWEL). This is very unfortunate.

On first impression the hotel room wasn't that clean, the carpets had a lot of stains, doors/cupboards grubby. However overall the room was huge (like a suite) and it was very easy to relax at the end of the day. The decor is very unique and interesting if you like old royal style, a bit like a castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. No mosquitos whatsoever in the hotel anywhere which is a plus! Breakfast plain and simple and suits a hotel this size. Overall very good, however the management should tidy the hotel up a bit.
