The uncle received him kindly and patiently explained the surrounding living environment and scenic spots. The kitchen equipment was well organized. The kitchen was not suitable for too much oil fume. The living room and dining tables were large and comfortable.

Excellent motor inn. Greeted by very friendly person in reception. We were able to check in early which was excellent because we had a function to attend in Ocean Grove at 2pm. Room was immaculately clean and smelt wonderful. Beds are comfy. Shower pressure is good. Room has everything you need - microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, toiletries and even a face washer which impressed my husband! Would definitely stay here again.

Dark. The fridge needed defrosting and the tv reception was poor even after being

Check-in was easy and friendly. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of bathroom amenities are provided and plenty of coffee, tea, and biscuits are provided. Also crockery and cutlery. The room was very clean and I would recommend this accommodation. Also directly across the road was a huge Woolworths supermarket. Very convenient. I hope to stay there again.

I am very disappointed in the Wotif App and also this hotel. I had booked one night on a recent holiday but had to change my dates. Unfortunately I had forgotten to cancel this booking during this time which I understand is entirely my fault. However, on other reservation sites I have been notified of upcoming stays, the hotels have communicated with me in the days coming up to the stay on check in procedures etc. I had no communication from either Wotif or the hotel and so therefore hadn’t realised it was still booked. When the hotel did finally contact me on the day of the booking I was told I would have to pay anyway - which is in their policy. I understand I made the mistake, but if the communication had been better by both Wotif and this company I may have realised my mistake prior to the day and losing $275.

The spa bath was very old and rundown and we could hear the traffic all night. Bed was comfy and room was large
