The people below us kept complaining as I have a 2 year old & we stayed in a suit so he would pitter patter between the rooms & it was almost impossible to get him to stop as it’s not easy getting kids to bed out of their element but the staff was friendly about coming to us when they complained. They should have put a reservation of a 2 4 & 6 year old on the bottom floor perhaps

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good and stocked at all times! My kids enjoyed the pool. The area is a bit weird no view of ocean or marina but safe.
Would stay here again.

This location, Newport, OR, will NOT accept any cash payment for their rooms. I've stayed at other Wyndham hotels that did, so this was a huge surprise and disappointment. They don't mention this anywhere in their terms/conditions. Be aware! I do give the staff and facility a 5 out of 6. The bed wasn't overly comfortable but sufficed. The carpets in the rooms were pretty filthy. My white socks were super dirty with the little amount of walking around in the room I did. I loved the simple gym and hot tub. Unfortunately, they keep the pool a tad cooler than most pools, so I would give it a 3 out of 6. My stay was in mid December, which could be the reason it was quieter than peak summer season stays. The location was great. Right off of Hwy 101. Breakfast was great, too. Excellent variety!

Very family friendly hotel! Our family enjoyed the pool/hot tub ( clean, warm, nice towels, good hours) and a well-stocked breakfast that met everyone’s needs (cereal, eggs, waffles, bagels, sausage, gravy, biscuits, juices, coffee). Nice family friendly bar/restaurant across the street that was really yummy and reasonably priced. Aquarium is nearby as are beaches. This is a wonderful hotel and we will definitely come back again!
