Arrived straight off a 20 hour flight ready to check in early , as day before a message giving information but no where could I book it , as it was Saturday and office Mon-fri , So told no availability for this with apols , then understanding I couldn’t call the lovely man in reception asked us to wait and got one of the girls to get a room ready , we were very grateful . We then asked about the restaurant, but fully booked , Mother’s Day !!!! But again this lovely man booked us for the evening meal , and then proceeded to give instructions where to find somewhere for a sandwich lunch . The service we received was excellent , we saw the same cheery man this morning as we left , thank you .

All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautifully clean and very welcoming! Had a great nights sleep and Our breakfast was incredible too! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good all-round. For the money the room was excellent and the staff very good. My first Premier Inn experience and I expected less and the reality was much better than that. I would definaetly book Premier Inn again.

Basic enough accommodation that desperately needs refurbishing, it looks and feels tired. Old style bath/shower with very slippery base and no mat or grip was dangerous. Rusty heater/radiator in room and temperamental thermostat. Bed needed new mattress, sank in the middle.

This hotel was a good value for money I just feel the overall cleanliness could of been a little better, as there were unwanted stains around the room and this was a little bit of a put off but the overall experience was good and the staff were friendly

I enjoyed my stay at the premiere inn especially due to the hospitality of Fraser. He was kind professional and helpful. I have been hoping from one hotel to another due to work and have been quite tired of all the travel. However the comfortable beds, quiet space and kind staff has made it a pleasure.
