Great location for exploring the city on foot. Lovely views from our room and the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully presented with great options. Rooms very spacious and well appointed with a comfortable king bed.

The hotel is relatively new, and the shower had great water pressure and was very hot, which was a plus!

Hotel is great, particularly love their water refill facilities on every floor. The restaurant has a stunning view. The restaurant is not operating for lunch, and bar will be closed at 10pm though.

The hotel was excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic view. My only complaint is that they didn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste. I nearly had to go out at midnight to buy some, but thankfully my friend had some and shared them with me. Isn't this supposed to be a five-star hotel? They didn't even have slippers! Make sure to bring your own!

The service was bad. The reception need more training to deal the customer. Those aunties are outdated and don't know how to talk to guests.

Great location, very comfortable bed, and excellent service. The food was also decent. They have Chinese-speaking staff available, which is a plus. The only downside is that parking costs $50 per night. Weekend rates are quite high, but it's much more affordable during weekdays. Also, Ctrip advertised breakfast at $29 per person, but the front desk quoted $35 per person.

The reception staff in this hotel make it special, they were so kind and caring when my husband was taken ill. Good location in the CBD, nice contemporary design and very comfortable bedroom. My only negative was the extra $35 per night for valet parking but I suppose it is the city Centre. Definitely highly recommended.

Great location near the esplanade precinct. The Crystalbrook Kingsley has appointed amenities and lots of options we don’t get to explore. Well worth the visit.

Excellent location, right across from a green park and next to the town hall. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant food was also good.

The environment is great, but the parking fee is expensive. Since I didn't book parking in advance, it was AU$50 for one night.

They charged my credit cards fee time and never sent me the receipt as they advised when I checking out. I have called 5 times and still not yet get the receipt.
