酒店外觀就想一棟普通民宅，分給了閣樓房間，有點壓抑感。距離downtown很近，步行幾分鐘，主打家的感覺。newburry可選酒店資源不多。

Very nice place to stay charming place we had the Queen suite was great upstairs and downstairs suite reasonably priced too, ether get the Bridal Suite or the Grooms Suit are excellent they own three houses in a row plenty of space enjoy yourself in Newburyport

Can’t beat the location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and waterfront park. Pretty good continental breakfast served as well. The only issue was the parking lot paving during our stay but staff did best they could to make up for the inconvenience.

Easy check in and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. This hotel is in the middle of town with easy walking to many restaurants and many specialty shops.

The room was right by the front door. It was not quiet. People coming and going until late at night. The dining room was right next to me also. Very loud in the early morning. Plus food smells from the dining room were prevalent.
No room cleaning unless specifically requested. When you pay that much for a room, it should be cleaned daily without a special request.

Nice place clean. Our room backed up to the restaurant/bars in the middle of the night we kept hearing bottles rattling outside our window. It was tolerable after we figured out what it was it gave us a scare the first night it happened.

Gorgeous rooms. Amazing staff breakfast was wonderful. We absolutely stay again. The only downside was parking. I have a handicap plaque and there was no reserved parking and ding a spot was very difficult.
