I was disappointed not to be told there was no parking on site. I was staying for 3 nights with work so had quite a lot of luggage and had to make multiple trips to and from the car park (5 minute walk) to unload and then pack up my car again. I was also surprised that there was no discount for parking being a hotel guest. I was also extremely disappointed about the lack of internet in the hotel. There was absolute minimal 3G( not even 4/5G) in the hotel. I appreciate certain providers are low in areas, however I am with o2 so there is wide coverage. And the WiFi did not work. I paid extra for the ultimate WiFi which also did not work. When I spoke to an employee at the hotel, he told me they were very aware of the problem and are looking at updating the Internet provider. This should have been explained before I bought a 7 day voucher for ultimate WiFi.
