"If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby. Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—the waffle with honey was delicious, and the beef pho was especially good."

"I had complained from the first day that the wifi wasn't working, but I couldn't use it for 3 nights and 4 days. Breakfast was below average. Cleaning was done quickly, which was a bit better."

"My wife and I are travelers from Germany. We booked our stay easily through an app with a reasonable price. The room was fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable — the bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. It is definitely suitable for international guests. The staff were friendly, professional, and well-trained. The hotel owners are a lovely couple — very polite, attentive, and welcoming. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Due to a change in our travel plan, we arrived early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) by overnight bus from Hanoi. I asked the reception about early check-in, and the hotel kindly arranged a room change for us with a reasonable additional fee. I truly appreciated this flexibility. The hotel also offers massage services on the lower floor, motorbike rentals (both automatic and manual), and can help arrange tickets for Fansipan and the glass bridge at slightly better prices. Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng qua app rất đơn giản, giá cả hợp lý. Phòng ở đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, giường ngủ rất êm và nhà tắm cực kỳ sạch, rất phù hợp cho khách quốc tế. Nhân viên làm việc thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và rất bài bản. Hai vợ chồng chủ khách sạn cũng vô cùng lịch sự, chu đáo và dễ mến. Chúng tôi ở 3 ngày 2 đêm. Do thay đổi kế hoạch, chúng tôi đi xe bus đêm từ Hà Nội lên Sa Pa và đến nơi lúc khoảng 6 giờ sáng. Tôi đã hỏi lễ tân về việc check-in sớm và rất may mắn là khách sạn đã sắp xếp kịp thời cho chúng tôi đổi phòng với một khoản phụ phí hợp lý. Tôi thực sự rất hài lòng. Khách sạn còn có dịch vụ massage ở tầng dưới, dịch vụ thuê xe máy (xe ga hoặc xe số). Ngoài ra, khách sạn cũng hỗ trợ mua vé Fansipan và vé cầu kính với giá tốt hơn một chút so với bên ngoài. "It's what you'd expect for the price, they are a little disorganised, but I must add that Tham (manager) organised a private taxi to the Lao Cai border gate for me for just 100k VND. They'll also arrange motorbike/tours/bus tickets etc if you need it, but give them a little time and patience !"

"Location is awesome, very close to sun plaza and food street and only need walking ~10min. Surrounding environment is quite even it is close to the town. The buffet Breakfast are good. All the staffs are friendly,nice. And they help us arrange the van to Lao Cai from SA PA with no agency fee, the price is reasonable! Definitely will recommend to all."
