"The hotel is great, everything is new. The staff really tries hard. Housekeeping is daily, and even if you decline, they'll offer to change your towels. Breakfast is meager. The location is terrible; there's nothing around except the beach. The only eateries are attached to guesthouses (cooked by the owners themselves, which takes a long time, is expensive, and not tasty). To go for a walk or find some entertainment, you have to go to the center (20-30 minutes away)."

"The room was a bit small, but everything else was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was incredibly clean and even offered complimentary welcome fruit, and the mangoes were super sweet. There's a bar on the 6th floor where you can watch fireworks explode right before your eyes – truly spectacular! My friend wasn't feeling well during our stay, and the hotel staff checked in on them daily, which was very thoughtful. They also provide a free airport shuttle service, and the staff even reminded us when our pickup time was approaching. It was an amazing experience overall!"

"This is a great hotel and a very comfortable sleep. However in my room the TV did not work neither did the stove. Rooms are extremely big if you select the King rooms but there is only a bed table and TV in the room, it doesn't really matter but I felt for the price it wasn't really worth it. Although they have many room options to choose from and their queen rooms look a bit better. I also had no chairs on my patio only a table where the other King rooms had a sitting area infront of their room. I'm going to try the other rooms as I am enjoying the tranquillity and nature of the forest and the singing crickets at night. Restaurants are nearby and English at the resort is very limited. Daily room service and excellent WiFi and awesome breakfasts This is a great place I just recommend they upgrade their King Room suites. The difference between King Room and the basic rooms is only the fact that there is alot more floor space and a bath part from that everything is the same in all the rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR BUDGET TRAVEL"

"For the price, this hotel is simply excellent. Everything was great in terms of value for money. We rented a bungalow, and everything was in good condition, everything worked, and it wasn't noisy. There's a paid mini-bar, and they bring two bottles of water and clean the room daily. There's a small pool with sun loungers on the property; even when the hotel was full, we never had an issue finding a spot by the pool. Also right on site, there's a minimarket, currency exchange, a bar/cafe (where breakfast is served in the mornings, and our breakfast was included with the bungalow), and moped rental, which is very convenient. Within walking distance, there's a beach, plenty of minimarkets and cafes – basically everything you need for a beach holiday. The place is very secluded, more suitable for those who don't like noise and city hustle. The location itself is also very good, almost in the center of the island (though a bit closer to the north), 6 km from the city, and not far from the airport. If you want to explore, you can always rent a moped and travel around the island. Special thanks to the staff; they always responded very quickly to any request, even on some matters they weren't obliged to, and the overall attitude felt more like a family, which was very pleasant. So, a huge thank you to Agarwood Garden Resort, you're super! If I come back to the island, I will definitely stay with you again. The only things I would ask for are bottle openers in the rooms and a bit more variety at breakfast."

"Clean, good room. No balcony, but that wasn't an issue. The staff were attentive and responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for bus 19, which goes to the airport and Choodomir. We also took the bus from the airport, paying 20k VND per person to get to the Intercontinental. You can rent a scooter; prices are standard for the area, though you might find something 30-50k cheaper elsewhere, but I'm not sure, and it was convenient to rent and return it here. The breakfasts were good, with different options every morning. Inside the room, everything was standard and good."

"This stay at the accommodation on Phu Quoc Island was absolutely the most surprising and flawless experience of my entire trip. The family who owned the place were incredibly warm and welcoming, radiating hospitality. They took meticulous care of me throughout, making me feel warm and safe even on a foreign island, leaving me deeply moved and grateful. During my stay, the family was exceptionally attentive and considerate. From the initial pick-up and directions upon arrival to every little detail of my daily life, they proactively inquired about my needs, their friendly and approachable manner making me feel completely at ease. What touched me most was that when I casually mentioned wanting to cook something simple, they immediately brought over a complete set of cooking utensils and tableware, their response incredibly swift and without any hesitation or perfunctory attitude. Every action was filled with care and thoughtfulness; even the smallest request was promptly addressed and properly resolved, demonstrating their sincerity in every detail. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious and airy, and decorated with a warm and tasteful touch. Stepping inside felt like coming home. All necessary amenities were provided and easy to use. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant, far from the hustle and bustle of the island, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing vacation without sacrificing daily convenience. My entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the warm hospitality and meticulous care of the family who own the accommodation. It's rare to find such a warm and thoughtfully managed place to stay on Phu Quoc Island. This place is more than just a place to stay; it gave me a wealth of warmth and wonderful memories. I highly recommend it to everyone traveling to Phu Quoc Island. It will definitely be my first choice when I return to Phu Quoc. "The hotel is new but not entirely well-maintained. There's no phone in the room to contact reception, and no towels by the pool. The elevator's beeping sound is terribly loud – why is it set so high? If your room is near the elevator, the beeping is incredibly annoying. On the upside, the bedding in the room is super excellent, huge respect for that! However, it's clear that not everything has been completely cleaned up after the construction work. Overall, once they finish tidying things up, this hotel will be a gem. It's a great 1 km walk to the market."

"I enjoyed my stay at HANZ Sunset Town. The hotel has a great location near Sunset Town attractions, restaurants, cafes, and beautiful seaside views. It is convenient for visiting Kiss Bridge, night markets, and entertainment areas in Phu Quoc. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing vacation experience."

"We were more than satisfied with this hotel and can absolutely recommend it! 😊 The hotel is small, but incredibly cozy and very welcoming. The entire property is very clean and was lovingly maintained every day – this also applies to the pool area, which was always tidy and clean. We especially want to highlight the staff: everyone was truly very, very nice, helpful, and friendly. No matter the request – they always tried to help immediately. We felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. To our pleasant surprise, we even got a larger room than originally booked – great service! The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Fresh towels were provided every day, which we greatly appreciated. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hairdryer was also very good. Each room also includes a balcony with a small kitchen. Additionally, every room has a nice massage chair that you can use for free – a real highlight after a long day. Although we didn't use the kitchen ourselves, as there are many restaurants within easy walking distance nearby – it's a great option for anyone who wants to self-cater. We also found it convenient that you can rent a scooter directly at the hotel to explore the surroundings flexibly. All in all, a wonderful stay – we would come back anytime! 🌴✨"
