New Hotels in Langkawi

"I chose this guesthouse, newly opened in 2026, for my trip to Langkawi this time, and it truly exceeded my expectations! It's located above the Kawanda Billion Supermarket, so you can just head downstairs for water and snacks – super convenient. There are also tons of food options around, from restaurants to street stalls, making it easy to sort out all your meals without any worries. The owner is incredibly kind, and all the staff are super enthusiastic. They're always happy to answer questions and even recommended many fun local spots and delicious restaurants to us. The room facilities are very new, and both the bedding and the room itself are extremely clean, showing that they truly put effort into running the place. The biggest surprise was the communal kitchen! It's equipped with an air fryer and a microwave, so we could buy seafood at night and prepare a simple meal ourselves, which was incredibly convenient and saved money. The mountain view from the window is lovely; sitting there and enjoying the breeze was very comfortable. It's about five kilometers from both the airport and Cenang Beach, so a taxi ride takes about ten minutes – a very suitable location. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi; I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"Brand new hotel. No complaints for the service at the reception. For the room I am in, I can hear the closing or slamming of the doors and talking from the corridor. Probably due to the hard finishes at the corridor so the sound was amplified. There is no vanity shelf to put toiletries especially for ladies. But definitely love the water flow, toilet ventilation and the hairdryer in the toilet."

"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful; they even upgraded our room to one with sunbeds and a terrace for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is new and clean, and the breakfasts are decent, offering everything you'd expect for a European breakfast (omelets, cheeses, fruits, pastries – all good quality). The hotel also has an excellent spa that I highly recommend. They have a separate bungalow for massages with its own bathroom, shower, and terrace. The prices are reasonable, and the massage was superb (and I speak from experience). There are two fantastic, new tennis courts at the hotel. The beach is clean and spacious, with easy entry into the water and no big waves, making it perfect for families with children. The hotel also caters to adults with an 'adults-only' pool area (a quiet, lovely spot with a good menu). The staff there are responsive and attentive. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you to the host for your warm hospitality. This is my first time arriving in Malaysia, and I came directly to Langkawi. I was a bit anxious at first, but the host couple are extremely kind and friendly. Although the location is slightly remote, getting around with Grab is really convenient, and it is close to the Telaga harbour. I think it is an good accommodation option for a stopover when traveling to Koh Lipe."

"Les hôtes sont super sympa, ils veillent à ce que vous soyez le plus à l’aise possible. La chambre est propre et équipée de tout le nécessaire. L’emplacement est idéal, pas trop bruyant, seulement 3-5 minutes de marche de Pantai Cenang. On a passé un superbe séjour, on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps, mais on reviendra sans hésiter !"

"We chose to stay here as my friend needed to do her VP. Location is great as it is steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Cenang Good Truck is walking distance. Our studio was on the 20th floor and it had a decent sea view(semi blocked by the building under construction). Room size was nice for 2 and it is fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine making it convenient if you're planning a long stay. My only issue is that there could be more hooks/towel rails in the bathroom. The pool is wonderful and has a lovely view of the sea. There's also gym, tv room and changing room with lockers on the 8th floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There are some constructions going on and the building itself is not 100% ready so expect a little bit of noise. Also Grab had issues finding the location as their GPS had not been updated."
