They even adjusted my room type based on my needs, which made me feel truly at home. Breakfast was a major highlight! It extended until noon, which was perfect for someone like me who loves to sleep in. The selection was rich and diverse, with delicious and authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles, alongside a full spread of Western cold cuts, bread, fruits, and more, catering to various dietary preferences. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with excellent amenities. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and it was fully equipped with a washing machine (some with a dryer), microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, and even high-end brands like a Dyson hairdryer, significantly enhancing the comfort of my stay. The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center, close to the subway station and popular attractions, making travel incredibly convenient. It's ideal for both tourists and business travelers. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a modern and stylish environment, and its hygiene is impeccable. Being a newly opened hotel, there were absolutely no strange odors, and the level of cleanliness was truly commendable. This hotel is definitely a top-notch choice for accommodation when visiting Wuhan!"

"Good location adjacent to Terminal 3. The buildings connect so one can walk inside between them. Great option when having a long layover with early morning flight. Clean room and comfortable bed. Metro station and railway station in the same building. Several convenience stores and restaurants just outside the hotel. Alternatively one can take the metro to Jianghan Rd downtown Wuhan (~50 min, 7 RMB) for huge selection of restaurants and stores."

"Pleasantly surprised by my stay! The location is super convenient ❤️, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. It's easy to get to Yellow Crane Tower and Chu River and Han Street from here 🐱, and there are direct subway lines to all the high-speed rail stations. The front desk staff processed my check-in quickly, were responsive to my requests, and paid great attention to detail. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside a subway and high-speed rail station, with tons of great food shops nearby. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively recommending fun places to visit in the area. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was just right – I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were especially delicious. "Facilities: All the smart features were great, and it's quite close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient. Hygiene: Also very good, especially the bed. It was clean, and I didn't get itchy from sleeping on it, which is a big plus for me. Service: The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very nice. However, when I asked the cleaning lady to tidy up, she just did a quick once-over and didn't replenish the amenities. I was too tired and forgot to ask for them. 24H Attentive Butler Service: The front desk offers self-service laundry and drying, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. At the very least, I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness, something only people with sensitive skin truly appreciate. "I really love this hotel! I was warmed from the moment I walked in. The guys and girls at the front desk smiled with curved eyes, very sincere, not like reciting a script at all, just like a friend inviting you home! The room is even more in line with my aesthetic point, the layout is very nice, the sheets are soft, and the curtains are drawn, the whole room is filled with gentle warm light, lying on the bed and watching TV series is so comfortable! The most amazing thing is their self-made guidebook, which is not the kind of random number! The attractions marked on it are all worth checking in. After staying here, I just want to say that this money is worth it. I will definitely stay here next time I come!"

"The auntie who made hot dry noodles for breakfast was very friendly (tall, probably short-haired, with a loud voice). The hot dry noodles were delicious. Other options included milk, soy milk, vegetable salad, shumai, corn, eggs, wontons, and zha jiang mian (noodles with soybean paste), basically meeting all needs. Masks and sewing kits were available in the lobby, showing attention to detail. The hotel raised prices due to the exhibition. The toilet flushing was quite loud. The bathroom faucet had hot water on the left and cold water on the right. The sink was marked red on the left and blue on the right; I only realized after using it that the right side was hot water and the red left side was cold water. It's been colder in ***** these past few days, and the air conditioning isn't working. They said it's a centralized heating system provided by the heating company. Does ***** have centralized heating?"

"This newly opened hotel is excellent. It has a youthful design, the bedding is crisp and white, and the room is clean and hygienic. Downstairs, you have access to Metro Lines 2 and 6, making it very convenient for getting around. It's also close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Jianghan Guan, and the ***** Guan Ferry Terminal. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the breakfast, which surpasses many five-star hotels. The variety is rich and the food is delicious; even staying for two days, there were different options each day. Every staff member I encountered had a great attitude. The hotel occupies the 11th, 12th, and 15th floors of Ping An Building, with a dedicated elevator for direct access. The only inconvenience is that there's no direct elevator from the B2 underground parking garage. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor to catch an elevator to the hotel. This seems to be the case for the other four hotels in the building as well. Additionally, we drove there, and the Beidou navigation wasn't precise enough, causing us to miss the side road on our first pass through the one-way street, forcing us to loop around again. We had to get out and ask for directions before we finally spotted a small sign at the end of the side road that read 'Ping An Building Parking' (with the names of several hotels below, but the Radisson RED hotel was at the bottom and obscured). The parking garage had plenty of spaces, but the exit signs were missing. Of course, these issues aren't caused by the hotel itself, but I suggest the hotel raises them with the building management to improve overall guest satisfaction. All in all, this is a hotel with excellent value for money!"

"I stayed one night at the newly opened Crowne Plaza near the airport on short notice. A welcome drink was offered upon check-in. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and my room even came with an air purifier. It was my oversight that standard rooms don't include a bathtub. However, both the breakfast and the room amenities were superior to other airport hotels I've experienced near Shanghai Hongqiao. The gym, located downstairs, is shared with the Holiday Inn. Service: Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service. The service from the front desk staff and in the restaurant was top-notch. The only minor letdown was that despite having pre-arranged a late check-out, a staff member knocked on my door at 3 PM as a reminder, interrupting an important meeting. That was quite annoying."
