"Walked into the hotel and was immediately impressed! The decor is really thoughtful, and everything was clean with great amenities. I even extended my stay for another night in the same room.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless and tidy.
**Facilities:** They actually have down comforters! And the smart toilet seat was nice and warm! All the room's facilities were superb for the price.
**Service:** The front desk staff were excellent, and there's even room service that helps with laundry – super accommodating!"

"Pros: The front desk service was excellent. The lobby was very attentive, providing earplugs, sanitary napkins, and other small items. There were also sofas in the lobby, and the overall environment was quite nice. The hotel is located in the city center, a great location with convenient access to everywhere. The beds were soft and comfortable.
Cons: First, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Note that it was extremely poor. So please get earplugs at the front desk before checking in. Wearing earplugs will ensure you won't be disturbed while sleeping. Second, the toilet door was broken and wouldn't close properly. The toilet also had a strong odor, a sewer smell. If this is due to the building's age and cannot be resolved, the hotel should at least use deodorizing air fresheners. Also, the toilet drainage was poor; water didn't drain properly after showering. Furthermore, there was no carpet, so after showering, your slippers were wet, and the room was flooded. I suggest the hotel provide a carpet. 😕"

"I chose to stay at Pinrui Hotel based on the reviews. The hotel is newly opened, with complete facilities and very convenient smart controls. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, a great shower, and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good. There's a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and meticulous, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about tourist attractions. A very good experience, great value for money. Shopping and dining are convenient nearby, and it's very close to the old town, within walking distance. There's also free parking, which is great for those traveling by car. I will definitely stay here again next time."

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, absolutely nothing to fault.
Service: Very warm and welcoming.

"The room is very dry, you can see Jinjiang and the ancient city through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the night view is beautiful! The hotel is also new and the location is good. It is diagonally opposite the ancient city of Zhongnanmen. The opposite is the Ximen Bridge and the central area. The road is very noisy, because the hotel is opposite the riverside park on the edge of Jinjiang. At 8 o'clock in the morning, dance square dance, dance, etc., music has been open all day! If you want to be quiet, you can't live on the side of the road and you can't see the night view of the ancient city.
Service industry is good, it is recommended! Walk to Tongren Old Bus Station (Central Bus Station) in less than 10 minutes, next to the ancient city. From the old bus station, there is a car to Zhusha Ancient Town (25 per person), Jiulong Cave (10 yuan per person). It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi from Tongren High-speed Railway Station and Tongren Tourism Bus Station! There is a special bus from the tourist terminal.
Tongren Grand Canyon (30 yuan per person) and Fanjing Mountain (35 yuan per person), I said a one-way fare! Xie several attractions are worth recommending."
