"The room size was just right for our family of three, especially the family room layout. Our child had their own space, which offered privacy and ensured no disturbances between us and them. The room was clean, and the service was excellent and very attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes since we were traveling with a child – the hotel was incredibly well-prepared. They also offer laundry service, and our butler was very responsible. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the food street. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"I stayed at this hotel for three days, and here's my review of their service. First, let's talk about the positives: 1. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd give them a thumbs up. 2. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was more than adequate for a morning meal. For the price point, the breakfast variety was reasonable. 3. The amenities were great. They provided disposable toilet seat covers, and the toilet was heated. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice touch. They also offered complimentary small desserts. 4. The location is fantastic. It's right behind Gulou Street, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring. Now, for the downsides: 1. It seems like the hotel might be understaffed for housekeeping, as we ran out of toothpaste and had to ask the front desk to send some up later. 2. There were no non-slip slippers or bath mats, so be careful when showering. 3. The internet was incredibly slow. It was impossible to use for work meetings, forcing me to rely on my own data. 4. There's only one elevator, and it's quite small. If you're in a hurry, you can always use the fire escape, which is spacious enough."

However, I'm not sure why my room on the top floor was so incredibly hot. I barely slept a wink all night. Logically, it shouldn't be this warm at this time of year, but the room was undeniably stuffy. The front desk mentioned that the air conditioning isn't available during this season. My child was quite fussy due to the heat, but the hotel was very accommodating and brought us a fan. I had initially booked for two nights but ended up checking out a day early. Still, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."
