"Choosing this hotel for our family trip with a child was absolutely the right decision! Its downtown location is excellent, making it convenient for taxis or walking. We had a gorgeous sea-view room, with a balcony directly facing the ocean, offering beautiful scenery and a wide, open view. The room was fully equipped, including a refrigerator for storing food and snacks, and a washing machine which was a lifesaver for laundry during our trip – it felt just like home. The hotel amenities are exceptionally complete; the infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and the water is clean. The gym has professional equipment, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The large kids' play area has many activities, is clean and safe, and our child had an absolute blast. The service was thoughtful and warm, housekeeping was meticulous, and the resort environment was beautiful and tranquil. Overall, a perfect experience!"

"I really have to rave about this high-value hotel! The price is budget-friendly, but the experience is on par with high-end hotels. While it's not in the central business district, the location is very convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and fresh, with all basic amenities. The air conditioning works great, hot water supply is stable, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to answer questions and proactively offer help. Although there are no luxurious facilities, it excels in practicality, cleanliness, and excellent service. For travelers on a budget, it's definitely a top choice and incredibly good value for money!"

"This was my first stay at a VOCO hotel, part of the IHG group, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations, leaving me with wonderful holiday memories. The hotel's decor is stylish and minimalist, without being overly opulent. Yet, thoughtful human-centered design is evident in every detail – from the flow of movement to the choice of furniture, you can feel the designers' careful consideration for the guest experience. Stunning Infinity Pool I absolutely must highlight the rooftop infinity pool! The views are expansive, with the sea and sky merging into one. Every photo taken there looks amazing; it's truly a 'heavenly' spot for photos. Watching the sunset here is especially romantic and was a highlight of the entire trip. Butler Service Commendable! I particularly liked Alice and Anger. They were responsive and friendly, handling everything from check-in to daily requests with attentiveness and care, making us feel valued and well looked after. Breakfast The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, perfectly blending Chinese and Western cuisines. What was even more delightful was the dedicated children's dining area, which means families with kids don't have to worry about dining inconveniences – a very thoughtful detail. The cute bird mascot, visible throughout the hotel, adds a lively and fun touch to the space. The brand's identity is very strong, and I imagine children would especially love it."

"It's a really nice boutique hotel. Although it's not big, the service is excellent. They have a laundry room and dryer. If you're not busy in the evening, you can ask the staff to help you with that. Their bedding is really comfortable, better than most five-star hotels. From the end of December to the middle of March is the most comfortable time in Sanya. Except for the occasional typhoon, it's very cool and there's not much rain. It starts to get hot after Qingming Festival. I really like to bring a coconut and relax on the balcony. It's very pleasant."

"The room attendant did an amazing job with the cleaning. The hotel is super close to the shopping district and attractions, making getting around a breeze. The hotel staff, Banxia, provided enthusiastic service, and the room was spotless, just like new. The hotel offers convenient services like a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and self-service laundry, fully meeting all your travel needs. The front desk staff, Banxia, was warm, attentive, and handled check-in quickly."

"The room was new, neat, and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this mattress was the best – it was springy and clearly high quality. Even though it's close to the airport, the noise was acceptable. It's a bit of a distance from the beach, but you can get there by scooter. The beach here is different from the bustling Haiyue Plaza; it's quiet and lovely. I would definitely stay here again."

"Traveling with a friend, and as someone with mild潔癖 (a bit of a germaphobe), this recently opened hotel was incredibly clean. All the amenities in the room were brand new, and they even provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, which was a huge 'wow' factor for me. They also offered two bottles of water, and if that wasn't enough, you could always ask the front desk for more. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient and gentle with their service. Anything we needed, the front desk would provide, which was really convenient. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, with a whole street dedicated to various restaurants. If you walk a bit further, you'll reach the beach. It's about three kilometers from the First Market night market, so the location is truly convenient and quite central within the city. The hotel faces the street, but with the windows closed, it's not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. All in all, for my trip to Sanya, the accommodation was a hit, and both my friend and I are very satisfied!"

"I’ve stayed here for almost a month, so here’s my take. This hotel definitely has its clear strengths and weaknesses. 1. **Strengths: Top-notch Public Areas, 5/5** The design is absolutely stunning, with light and natural contours seamlessly integrated to make the most of the multi-level spaces. They really went all out with the materials. Includes: * An infinity pool overlooking the hotel's central area with distant views of buildings, and a heated pool with views of Luhuitou (Deer Turns Head) Peak. Both are generously sized, with ample lounging and sunbathing areas. * A well-lit and airy gym that blends into its surroundings, fully equipped with everything from treadmills to strength machines (though they are domestic brands). There’s also a pleasant yoga studio and kids' room facing the pool. * Two sky observation decks: one facing Dadonghai Bay, offering views of traffic and buildings, and another looking towards Luhuitou Peak. 2. **Weaknesses: The Rooms, 3.5/5** If I recall correctly, this hotel was originally built in the early 2000s, and this is its second renovation. So, the room size and layout are somewhat limited. However, since it only opened two months ago, the facilities are very new. I particularly commend the screened balcony door, which allows for ventilation while keeping mosquitoes out. The bed is comfortable enough, and the bedding and linens are good. They even provide a beach bag with two large bath towels, which is a thoughtful touch. If the public areas are 5-star, the rooms are probably 4-star. The reason I’m giving them 3.5 is because the consumables are more like 3-star. This includes quite shoddy disposable slippers, soap, and disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Although I don't use these myself, the quality of these amenities tends to pull down the overall standard, hence the 3.5 rating. 3. **Service, 4.5/5** As a hotel that's only been open for a little over two months and is still in a sort of trial operation, some imperfections are understandable. For example, the gym lacks water, tissues, and towels, and the public areas aren't always cleaned promptly, with inconsistent linen changes, etc. However, overall, the staff is good. Special thanks to: * **Mr. Yang, who manages the pool and gym team:** Polite, professional, and excellent in character. * **The staff at the lobby coffee bar:** Professional and friendly service. I really enjoyed sitting there for a drink in the evenings. * **A young lady at the front desk:** Every time I needed to extend my key card, she’d greet me warmly and remember my name. Very professional. * **The bellhops:** Often helped open umbrellas on the observation deck. Quick to respond, good attitude, thoughtful, and attentive. **In summary:** If you enjoy relaxing, strolling, sunbathing, swimming, and working out in the hotel's public areas, you likely won't be disappointed here. While the room layout and size are average, they are generally sufficient. The location is in the heart of Dadonghai, not far from the beach, and the service generally meets expectations. I’d probably stay here again if I have the chance."

"The location is great, not far from Sanya Bay, Coconut Dream Corridor, and Luhuitou. Renting an electric scooter is enough to get around. My husband and I even went to Yalong Bay and Sun Bay, and it wasn't too far. The scenery is beautiful, and there are plenty of food options. It's really good."
