There's also a small supermarket nearby, and the surrounding streets pretty much cover all your basic needs. Shimao Plaza, with tons of food, drink, and entertainment options, is just a fifteen-minute walk or a few minutes by e-scooter. I personally think the hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff were all young women who were super responsive to basic requests like luggage storage and had a great attitude. When I realized my room was missing a stool, they quickly verified and brought one up. When I needed to print something at night, and it wasn't coming out well due to my image quality, the staff patiently helped me find a solution. As for the facilities, the decor and everything felt quite high-end. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and when it's closed up, it's perfect for recording, hahaha – my singing literally leveled up, haha. I spent the first night happily recording my singing! The mirror had both backlighting and a magnifying section. There were cabinets, hangers, and even a public laundry room with both washing and drying machines, which is super convenient for travelers needing to do laundry! 🙏 My only minor quibbles are that the soundproofing was a bit lacking, but it didn't really bother me. My room had a slightly strange layout, and the remote control battery seemed dead (?) or just not working well.
