"Facilities: The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk to the MTR station. The facilities are very new, as it just opened recently, with a simple and modern design.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy.
Environment: The overall environment and atmosphere are good. However, being in Hong Kong, where space is a premium, the rooms are very small. The twin room had less usable space than the double room.
Service: The service was average. There was a mix-up with the room change timing; we had to leave our luggage at the front desk and only got to change rooms when we returned in the evening. Perhaps they have a very limited number of rooms."

"For this price point and a room this spacious, there's really nothing more to ask for in Hong Kong, as long as you don't mind that it used to be a quarantine facility. The basic amenities are all there, except for slippers. In terms of transportation, you can take a bus to the cruise terminal and it's just a short walk from there."

This metropolitan escape along the Hong Kong harbor sparks cultural and human connections for guests to immerse themselves. "The sea view is absolutely stunning, and walking in was a pleasant surprise. All the toiletries provided are big Korean brands and very effective. The decor is similar to an Indigo hotel. The location is excellent, right next to The Peninsula and behind Rosewood, yet the price is incredibly good value for money. Online rumors about no one speaking Chinese are false; all the front desk staff speak fluent Chinese. However, a major downside was how difficult it was to get anyone to answer the customer service line from the room. I had to call several times and eventually get angry before someone would pick up. Also, the shower room in the room is a bit transparent, and when the lights are on, you can faintly see inside, which is a bit awkward as it's right by the bed. A very friendly feature, though, is that the 1.3-meter wide bed is comfortable enough for two people to sleep on! 😃"

"The hotel is right next to the subway, which is a fantastic location. I had low expectations for room size, knowing how small rooms usually are in Hong Kong, but I was pleasantly surprised; the room was spacious enough for both staying and luggage. The hotel is very clean, and the service is professional. They also offer luggage storage, making it excellent value for money."

"It was really good. My friends and I, a group of 3, stayed for the weekend. We booked a triple room with one bunk bed and one single bed. The bedding was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Disposable toothbrushes were available outside for self-service, and there was a water dispenser with bottled water. Next time, my friends and I will likely book here again (Gaode Maps' location was accurate, Hili Building was also easy to find, and it was convenient for getting around)."

"I really have to commend this guesthouse for its cleanliness. It's a new establishment that opened this year, 2024, so everything is brand new, even the air conditioner casing is still pristine white. The room hygiene is impeccable, virtually flawless. The mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing left me with an aching back. The hotel's location is also excellent. From Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A1, turn right and cross the Haiphong Road pedestrian crossing, and you'll arrive at the Haiphong Mansion where the guesthouse is located, just dozens of meters from the MTR exit. Stepping out of Haiphong Mansion, you're on Nathan Road. If you're not in a hurry, a leisurely stroll will take you to the Hong Kong Space Museum and Victoria Harbour. In the other direction, Kowloon Park is only a few hundred meters away. The guesthouse also offers thoughtful and warm service. Various toiletries are provided, along with coffee, soft drinks, and even disposable masks in the common area for guests to take as needed. They're also very responsive to guest inquiries."
