"Facilities: The facilities matched the online description and met my expectations. All the bathroom fixtures, hardware, and appliances were of high quality, making them convenient and comfortable to use.
Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned; I didn't find any noticeable flaws or imperfections.
Ambiance: While the room itself and public areas like the restaurant weren't exceptionally large, they were tastefully designed, quite clever, and practical. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. My double room faced residential buildings that were quite close, so the window view was practically non-existent. If a view is important to you, please take note of the room type when booking.
Service: The service deserves a special mention! The hotel offers laundry and drying services, which was a huge help during the summer heat and saved my family the effort of washing clothes. In the evenings, they also delivered sweet soups (like red bean soup and white fungus soup) to our room. The quality was superb, and the flavors were authentic – tasting genuinely freshly prepared. I really loved this thoughtful touch and hope they continue it. Other services were attentive and thorough; all reasonable requests were promptly fulfilled, such as providing extra bottled water and luggage storage.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and hope they maintain their excellent standards. Highly recommended!"

"I cancelled another hotel and booked this hotel the night before I stayed. I stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Kunming before and was sure it wouldn’t disappoint. However, contrary to what I read from the reviews, the hotel wasn’t as near to the metro as I thought. There was only one decent shopping mall Gda within walking distance. When I first entered the hotel room, I was greeted by a weird smell. Initially I couldn’t make out whether it was my socks that smelled or it was the room as I was sweating due to the extreme temperature in Hangzhou. As I went in and out a few more times, I was sure it was the carpet that had the stinky smell but after a while, my nose sort of got accustomed to the smell and felt nothing. As it was my last night in Hangzhou and I wouldn’t be in the room all the time, I didn’t make a fuss. Another point to note is: cars were not allowed to park in front of the hotel and if you were to book didi, you have to go to the bank beside the hotel to be picked up. I booked didi a few times and the car would usually stop by the roadside near the bank and one would have to react very fast, especially when you have a lot of luggage."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Hangzhou, adjacent to the bustling commercial district. It's relatively easy to find and conveniently connected to shopping and dining options. The service was exceptionally attentive, and check-in was quick. The front desk even gave me a free upgrade because my room hadn't been cleaned yet, and they offered to accommodate. A friendly lady escorted me to my room. The hotel was also very responsive, and every staff member was very welcoming. The room layout was well-organized, with separate wet and dry areas. The design was very stylish, and the Bluetooth speaker was a unique touch. The hair dryer was a Dyson, and the toiletries were excellent. The towels were thick, the bedding was soft and firm, and the room was odor-free. There was also an air purifier, and the price was excellent. We stayed in a room with a view of West Lake, and the view was stunning. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Staying at Hangzhou West Lake Yiheng Hotel is too comfortable, you must praise the intimate service of Miya at the front desk!
After checking in, Miya took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room. On the road, he also explained the use of facilities in the room, as well as the location of facilities such as laundry room gym.
The hotel's breakfast is light and healthy there are freshly cooked miscellaneous grain porridge, fresh fruits and vegetables, etc., which suits our taste.
Additional spare parts are required during the check-in process. After contacting the front desk, Miya sent it over in a few minutes, and smiled and asked if I wanted to prepare a few more copies to prevent it from being enough. The waiter in the restaurant was also very attentive at breakfast, the whole experience was superb, and I will choose here next time!"

"This is the newest five-star hotel near Xiling Bridge, and one of only two in the area with a pool (the other being Qiushui Villa). It's perfect for lotus viewing, and the pool is absolutely stunning – I loved it. The service was excellent. It's definitely worth experiencing. I really enjoyed the interior design; it's compact yet exquisitely refined. The room comes with a generous selection of complimentary beverages, which is a nice touch, but as I don't drink, I honestly would have preferred a slightly lower room rate. Both the afternoon tea and the Shenshi tea service were very pleasant. Overall, a truly relaxing hotel getaway."

"I love this boutique hotel. Before I arrived, I asked them about their gym. I asked if they can put a yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells in the room so that I can exercise in my room. They did just that for me.
They provide a fresh fruit tray daily. There are complimentary items such as breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening dessert. They also texted me if there is laundry everyday. I can’t say enough good things about the service.
I stayed in the deluxe room type. The suite is tastefully furnished and well appointed functionally. The hotel is located on top of a local alleyway which has great and the most affordable homemade dumplings, soy milk, millet congee black rice congee for breakfast if you want to sample the local taste.
If I were to travel to Hangzhou again, this is the hotel I would stay."

"This is a newly opened hotel with great service. The room design is very user-friendly, making it easy to store luggage and wash hands. There is also a laundry room with drying function, which is even more convenient for families traveling with children. It is highly recommended to everyone."

"On the morning of the 6th, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient and meticulously helped my mother select a room until she was completely happy with her choice. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well sound-proofed. My mother slept very well, and the breakfast spread was generous. When it rained the following day, the front desk had thoughtfully prepared multiple umbrellas, which was incredibly considerate. We'll definitely return to your hotel next time we're in town with friends."

"The room is very good! Very clean! It is really cost-effective to live in such a good room at this location at this price! The bed in the standard room is so big! In the past, when a family of three went out to stay in a standard room, they had to put two beds together, but this bed here is just right for me and my daughter! Dad sleeps alone! I will live here when I come to Hangzhou in the future! And it is very close to the subway station! There is a subway just outside the door, which is very convenient to go to the city center.
The best thing is that you can eat breakfast until 11 o'clock! When you go out to play, you have to sleep in, and you can eat lunch and breakfast when you wake up. It's great!
The laundry room is also very convenient to use. Children change clothes a lot when they go out, so there must be a washing machine. Very clean.
