Hyatt Centric Hotels in New York

The room and service were all OK. But without my knowledge, the front desk swiped my card for authorization. Fortunately, Ctrip helped with communication and coordination.

My recent experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service from the hotel’s staff. I was warmly greeted by Mark at reception, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfectly suited to our needs, and provided us with our special needs of amenities in the room. I was equally impressed with the attentiveness of Eva from housekeeping, who assured we had everything needed in the room. Byron at the concierge was quick to offer assistance from arranging transportation to offering help when I accidentally hurt myself at the hotel front door. The staff at Hyatt Centric Times Square truly made this visit memorable. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the location is perfect if you are exploring Manhattan. Nevertheless, the air-con in the room is quite noisy, and the insulation of rooms could be better. Regardless, I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

It feels small and warm, very clean and comfortable, the location is excellent to go back to sleep after a day of shopping. Although it is a well room, it has advantages and disadvantages. The room is likely to be a well room window. Although the scenery is very bad, it is relatively safer. The picture is for reference. The rooftop bar has a good view, but it is not open to the public. It is said that it is a hotel guest. It is a sitting and enjoying the scenery. The staff of the restaurant said that there is also a service fee, so speechless.
