Good location, the shuttle service wait at the federal circle, take about 15 minute to reach Hotel, upon arrival, front desk will ask you about the shuttle service for departing to airport. We got prepack breakfast around 5am, can just take directly at the dining hall.

I encountered a very outrageous thing. The room had an alarm clock set at 5 o'clock, which rang every ten minutes. The service management needs to be strengthened!

The hotel room was quite clean, but the air conditioning was a bit loud. I wonder if all AC units abroad are this noisy. The location is very convenient, right by Jamaica Station, making it easy and quick to get to the airport or downtown with multiple public transport options.

Newly renovated hotel with spacious and bright rooms that are impeccably clean. The facilities are comprehensive, and breakfast is provided. It offers good value for money, is close to the airport and a subway station, making transportation very convenient.

the area is a bit tough but at the end very safe , there is a police station 2 blocks away , the hotel is extremely clean to be honest , I started my journey in new york from that room , the bed was amazing , bathroom also clean , neat , not too much noise to be honest and the staff very clear about all details , deposit and fees , it was a good first step in my experience in New york , thanks a lot , very recommend it to people who wants to stay near airport or latino background , plenty of latin food and convenience stores for latino food

Great service! It's very close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus that gets you there in about 15 minutes. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and the facilities are very new and super clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

The 11th hotel in the United States alone. In order to see the Phantom of the Broadway Opera, I caught a flight back to China the next day, and returned to NYC one day early, and settled here. The location is near 87 Ave in the black area of Jamaica. It is said that the surrounding security is not good. However, I took the subway more than 11 o'clock in the evening. I didn't see any violation of laws and regulations on the road. The local Chinese advised me to live in Flushing next time.

Highly recommended! The view from the window is stunning, and the front desk service was excellent. It's also conveniently close to the airport with shuttles every half hour. Definitely worth staying here.

1. As an airport hotel, it's incredibly quiet. There's absolutely no airplane noise, probably because they use two windows for sound isolation, each with double-paned glass. 2. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the housekeepers changed the towels and teacups daily. 3. I encountered two shuttle drivers, both of whom were very friendly. They departed on time and picked up guests from the airport punctually, even dropping them off directly at their required terminal. 4. On checkout day, still wary from a previous bad experience with an Newark airport hotel shuttle, I booked my shuttle and arrived early at the entrance. Unfortunately, there were too many people and too much luggage heading to the airport. The driver proactively arranged for an additional vehicle to take us.

A very convenient hotel for transit, helpful staff and fast service during check in at 11pm despite having quite busy travellers coming at the same time. Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Really appreciate the free airport shuttle facilities, big van, spacious and very nice driver 😊
