Stayed here second time in a month. Easy check-in and having an airport shuttle definitely helps! Will stay here again next time I'm flying out of JFK!

Free Shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was great. Professional and helpful. Clean, modern room. Deducting slightly sure to street noise early in the morning. I would stay again though.

Good location near airport and would easy hop on bus which drop off right infront of the hotel
Breakfast basically Grab and Go, simple to fill up stomach before next journey

It was an alright stay. On Trip, it says there’s a pub but there wasn’t so you have to order in. The shuttle bus to the airport is every hour.
I’d stay again for the location but that’s about it.

Last minute flight being cancelled and found this nearest hotel 5mnts from the JFK. Take air train to Federal Centre and go towards hotel shuttle. Wait got their shuttle to come.

Dirty towels are in the bathroom. There is very bad smell in the room (like old pee). I’ll not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The place is convenient to the airport and transportation is easy and the staff on duty are accommodating of your request. They also have free ride to the hotel or if your flight is early, they will find a ride for you. :)

Extremely small room. Windows were not well sealed, thus allowing the icy draft to keep the room at a not so toasty 65 degrees regardless of how high I set the temperature. The windows whistling from the wind added to the fun.

The room is clean and provides soap, lotion and shampoo, coffee machine: The bed is very comfortable but has no slippers. My flight arrived about midnight and shuttle service was not Available at that time. Check in was quick and would have appreciated if water was provided. Was a bit disappointed with breakfast but do understand that most guest prefer breakfast to go. Breakfast in the bag was composed of bagel, muffin, cookie, banana, butter, jam and a box of juice. Would have preferred a hot breakfast.
The location is near the airport (5 min away by taxi) and the department of sanitation is just in the next block so you see a lot of garbage trucks within the vicinity.
In any hotel that I go to, I would want to see a smile from the hotel reception but did not see one during check-in or check-out. Would be nice if guests are greeted by a smile though.
