Great hotel to stay in the heart of Manhattan with amazing city view! Room is not big, but has sofa and all what you might need. Very good breakfast, tea/water is available in the lobby 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay!

Located in the heart of New York City, The subway station, Fifth Avenue, and Korea Street are very close. It’s not far from the BIG Bus station. Food nearby is also very convenient. The hotel’s service is very good. We arrived in the morning and they were very polite to handle the procedures and store our luggage. , the hygiene is very good, the room size is moderate and comfortable, the elevator is super fast, it saves time to go up and down, I will stay here again next time

The hotel is located in the center of New York City. From the pictures taken in the room, it is very convenient to go everywhere. There are many delicious food options around, but there is some traffic jam at night. The breakfast tastes good. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi to the airport at more than 100 US dollars.

Located in Midtown, you can see the Empire State Building from the outdoor area on the 26th floor of the hotel; the subway and bus are not far away, and you can walk to Time Square and Madison Square Garden; the lobby waiter is kind and enthusiastic, the breakfast is not bad, suitable for Chinese stomachs, and it is slightly adjusted every day; the room is facing the street and it is noisy, and there are always cars passing by. The bedding in the king-size bed room is relatively comfortable and clean; there is a coffee pot, which can be used to make coffee and hot water for tea; there is free Wi-Fi in the room, but the speed is slow, so it is enough to send and receive emails, but don't think about uploading photos and watching videos.

Compared to rooms in Manhattan, the space is really large, with a sofa, and our two large suitcases can be spread out and there is room to walk. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, and all basic facilities are available. Transportation is also very convenient. Sixth Avenue is right outside the door, and it takes only a short walk to Times Square. If you go to the subway station, you can walk to the D E line in about a few minutes (not recommended, try to avoid it because it is too dirty), and then go forward to 34th Street and take the 123 line (this one is very clean and has station announcements). It is not far to walk back to 42nd Street to get to PENN Station, and you can go directly out of New York.

Excellent location, absolutely central in Manhattan. The hotel service is good, fast and warm. The room is clean and the hardware meets the requirements. Although the breakfast canteen is relatively small, everyone can eat well and keep energy for the trip to New York.

It was great to have such a big room in the center of New York City, but there was a small incident when we checked in. The front desk told us that the room type we booked was sold out and gave us a random room. It turned out that the room was very small. I immediately asked to change back to the room I booked, but the front desk said that it was sold out and couldn't be changed. So I called Ctrip to inform them of the situation. Because it was very late, it was already past 1 a.m., Ctrip asked the hotel to change us back to the room type we booked early the next morning. Sure enough, the room type we booked was much larger. Choosing Ctrip is really secure, so for more than ten years, I have always solved my air tickets and hotels on Ctrip no matter where I go.
